Im surprised this location manages to stay open, clearly it's just about revenue and not quality food or service. Wait 20 minutes for cold food and twice fried fries, every table in the place is dirty, the employees are rude and obviously only show up for a paycheck. Do everybody a favor, fire everyone and leave the store closed if they can't get anyone that cares
We waited 30 minutes for a burger, fries, two McChickens, and a frappe…McChickens were old.. one had no lettuce or Mayo, Burger was very salty, fries… cold. Waited for the Frappe they kept forgetting. The only nice thing I can say is the girl working the register and the other girl who fixed my tea seemed to do their jobs.….. Staff seemed to care more about playing around and joking. Went to the bathroom while waiting. One toilet was full of hair… Not sure what happened...read full review
I just went there today at 7 am in bartonville ordered a big breakfast seen the container on the bag so I thought I was good.I go to eat it and there was no pancakes no hashbrowns.It was eggs the sausage and a biscuit and syrup .

McDonald's has friendly and exceptional customer service, with a manager who goes above and beyond. They provide excellent service even when issues arise, such as incorrect orders or payment problems, and will go as far as paying for a customer's meal. They are also attentive to customer wait times and will issue coupons for free meals if a mistake is made.
