Place was very good a few years ago...not sure what amhapoened? Changed owership...not as vibrant or as attentive to customers. They ate hiring so perhaps short staffed...

Terrible experience. Found a white hair in my burger, and the fries tasted awful. The quality of the food was disappointing, and it left a bad impression. With so many better options around, I won’t be returning to this restaurant.

I’ve been a constant customer over the past couple of years and although I know them, they give me the deer in headlights look when I walk through the door. Seems like a terrible lack of social skills. I was there this morning (for the last time). and confirmed their portions are getting smaller. This used to be a great place when a very kind mom ran it ten years ago. She was so attentive. There are a so many alternatives in our area that are incredibly better.

Went in pretty earlier but everyone was nice and friendly, got the blt meal, it was cooked and seasoned very well and had a good portion of food and was pleasantly surprised with the food. Completely worth the price.

I used to love coming here and bringing my family, but it is going downhill. The food was not cooked thoroughly. I waited 10 minutes after clearly not touching my plate to get my check and you could see that the pancakes were not thoroughly cooked not to mention that pumpkin pancakes did not taste all that great. Who messes up pancakes? The more I waited for my check, the more frustrating it became. Showed my server that the pancakes were not thoroughly cooked and the only resolution was to comp me an entree that I'd have one month to claim after I paid for my uncooked meal. Why would I come back and spend money when this was the only resolution? As a business owner when my clients are not happy, I won't even charge them and I'd take ownership immediately! Completely and utterly disappointed.

We've enjoyed every breakfast meal we've had here for over 10 years. We especially love their creative, unique menu items like the blueberry cheesecake pancakes, riced cauliflower hash, pumpkin pancakes with praline pecans, churro French toast, and of course their take and bake pancakes. Their staff is also extraordinary. They're extremely attentive no matter how busy it is. Even the staff who comes by with coffee is super kind, they ask how you're doing, and make sure everything is okay, even if they aren't your assigned server. The whole experience is really wonderful every time we dine at Apple Villa. Shout outs to Iris and Nathan who really brightened our morning breakfast today.
I gave 4 stars instead of 5 for atmosphere only because the tables were a little close together, but that was also still fine, worth 4 stars.

They're closed down now for about a month and a half you have to go to their Bartlett location

Love this place! I’ve been looking for a great BLT as of late and recently tried it here, it’s fantastic.
Not too much bacon but not skimpy, it is just enough for a great BLT.
Their breakfast is also outstanding!

Iced latte was good. No sugar free options for flavors. Apple streusel pancake was WAY too big for one person. Unappetizing to look at.
