Be warned, they close early, will say nothing to you in the drive-through window. And if you call be prepared to be greeted by an extremely angry and rude employee telling you they closed several minutes ago and he stating that they were closed at 10 PM even though not 15 minutes earlier they were already closed

Arby's has nice sandwiches at reasonable prices. The place is clean and family friendly. As a quick food restaurant,I enjoyed being there. But I rated it 4 star because it lacks a certain eloquence that makes it suadeve and deviar.

Good Arby's. Usually quick moving drive thru. Reuben had a generous amount of meat which I appreciate, and the roast beef isn't burnt here (I've had that at others). Mozzarella sticks and curly fries are made well.

Drive over there when We visit our daughter and grandchildren. Curly fries and chicken fingers used yo be favorites but now the kids are older and a Turkey Gyro, Cheese sticks, Jalapeano bites, Roast Beef and Cheddar and always curly fries, shakes, turkey sliders. Am looking to get gift cards/certificates for Xmas for each. The girls are into buying their own things and love eating out while shopping. Your group have ALWAYS been kind and no complaints at all with the food. I do wish your company would put a store in Oswego.

I went to this location yesterday and the lobby is closed due to a shortage of employees. Hopefully they'll open it soon. The drive-thru is still open though.
One of our sandwiches, the Rueban only had meat on one side of the bun. But it's usually really well done.

Fresh and delicious. Had the special rib sandwich this month and left surprisingly satisfied for fast food. Drive thru attendants were very polite as well. Top notch drive thru experience!

If i had a nickel for every time this store has messed up my order id have 7 nickels, both on doordash and in the drive thru. Im starting to think the employees here are just lazy and dont check special instructions
