Shetal & Amber who work there in the morning in the dt are the absolute best! If you want amazing service this is the best DD I've been to! Their customer service as well as going out of their way to be sure you have the best experience & they always give us a munchkin for our pup and say hi to the kids who adore them!

Everytime we order a banana split they can never have it. Why offer something you can't ever make? We aren't coming back again. We've lived in Batavia for over two years and not once have I been able to get what I want. It's always a different excuse of why they can't make it.

Unexpectedly poor variety of ice cream. It seems like the owner is obsessed with chocolate ice cream and doesn't want to sell anything except it. I found only one refreshing flavor, all others included chocolate in a way - chocolate chips, crumbles, several similar chocolate flavors with different names (what the hell?). Baskin Robbins is famous for a variety of ice creams, when you want to try all of them at once. Not the case for this shop. Disappointed and never return.

One awful experience picking up a birthday cake. We ordered a Ghost cake. BR code is H119. Picture of what is suppose to look like and their scribble when they took the order. Third pic is what I got. Seriously???? How does one get from the pic in the catalogue to what I received. The people in the store were no help and shame on me for going to pick it up the day before I need it. I would recommend you avoid this place. No one making the cake or reviewing the end product could make this error.

Same as it ever was. Getting slowly worse as it becomes more and more corporate. You know what I mean. The drive thrus, the order times, the lower quality product... Etc.
I always go to this place for my favorite drink, where I live I have one on the corner of my house, but I stopped going because all the time it had a different flavor, they didn't do it the same, sometimes good, sometimes bad. I changed locations I don't mind going any further but the taste was always the same today I had to try my favorite drink and it tastes horrible the taste is not from a blass cappuccino this location was my favorite batavia ?.

I went to pick up a polar pizza for my daughters birthday. When I got to the store it said $16.99 on the box. At checkout it was $26, I questioned the $10 difference and the worker said that’s what it rang up for. I understand prices have increased but the store needs to do a better job writing the new prices on their items.

Couldnt put banana in one shake because they have to make 2 at a time only?? So IF I wanted 1 vanilla shake and 1 chocolate how does that logic play out?Wouldnt elaborate on flavors when menu lacked detail. Crew working today needs some MAJOR work, coming from a long time restaurant worker. no hot fudge on sundae and staff CLEARLY doesnt care about their jobs. The owner needs to hold crew accountable.
