The food used to be fantastic. The chicken sandwiches had larger filets, mainly. Our food was lukewarm during the latest visit and the open tables were dirty. Lots of people working but only one register was open, and there was a long line.

I went here tonight and had a handful of employees sitting in the corner, not a big deal, no issues there. One was just laying across the bench by the order pick up area, not a great look, but not a big deal. I went to the rest room a few minutes later and bumped into him and another employee sharing a one hitter in the bathroom. Just really a bummer there. Just very disappointing as I was there with my kids and would prefer to not be around store employees using drugs on the job withy kids on the restroom.

It's hard to rate a Cobb Salad that I didn't receive. The restaurant closed at 6p so I couldn't go back. Total bill was 37.71..........

Warning if you have food allergies!!!
Ordered meals for my children. For one of the meals I ordered a strawberry milkshake with no whip cream and no cherry. When I got to the window I noticed that the milkshake had whip cream and a cherry which I had told her when I ordered not to add it to the drink. When I informed the lady supervisor at the window she took a spoon and just swiped off the whip cream and cherry. I let her know my son is allergic to cherries. She told me to pull over to the side of the restaurant so they could remake the milkshake. When they came and gave me the milkshake I noticed it was the exact same one she had removed the whip cream and cherry from. They LIED about remaking it. Be careful when dining here especially when you have food allergies. Some of the employees here are CARELESS!!!! It’s just a lawsuit waiting to happen.
On a hot and busy Saturday afternoon we were welcomed by the friendliest and kindest young man behind the register. He was patient and very helpful while we were ordering since it was our first visit to any Chik Fil A restaurant. The server was just as friendly. The restaurant was comfortable despite the heat and humidity outside.

11:20 PM on Saturday, July 20. I'm sitting in the parking lot of Chick-fil-A in Batavia waiting to pick up my nephew. Three young men just walked out to their cars after leaving their shift. All three were swearing up a storm using the F word. I really don't care What people do outside of work. I just think it's funny that Chick-fil-A is supposed to hire these "perfect little Christians". They teach them to say, "my pleasure", Yet The F word is clearly their favorite word. It really is amusing. Chick-fil-A might want to consider encouraging their associates to keep their mouths clean while on the property since customers may be waiting in the parking lot while they are closing up.

The food is great but their customer care is abismal. My order was stolen and they REFUSED to remake it and still had the audacity to ask for me to pay which I politely declined. Make sure your food doesn’t get stolen people cause they’ll still make you pay for it.
