Out of all the locations this one is by far the worst one and unfortunately I have given them many chances since they are closes to my job. Service is always so so so slow. The order ahead is pointless because their driveway is not set up for that. The food is never as good as other locations. Would not recommended this particular location.

I’ve been coming to this Chick Fila for a long time and I have never had the pleasure of meeting Caleb. He is hands down the most friendly person I have ever encountered. He was outside in the drive thru lane and he was fantastic. I hope to see Caleb for all my future stops at this restaurant.

I ordered and then asked for decaf coffee. They looked at me like I had two heads. Then it was explained to me that no one gets that and they stopped serving it. I got my money back and went to 5 places for breakfast since and they all served me decaf coffee. I won't be back!
They gave me a free milkshake that they made by mistake so I feel obligated, nice people

Man oh man, Chick-fil-A is damn good. I drive out of my way for Chick-fil-A anytime I get a chance. Everything from their breakfast menu to their lunch/dinner menu is excellent. They also do a pretty good job of pumping out orders for all the cars they get during peak hours. This location reminds me a lot of Portillis as far as their employees walking the lot taking orders. The only difference is that Chick-fil-A gets their orders done faster. Keep up the good work Chick-fil-A!

Well I really like the Chick-fil-A this location in Batavia Illinois. I really like the play park It was very cool and I did lost a cow and they give me another one. This location will be open forever. Thank you for the Chick-fil-A employees were giving me another cow five stars 🤩
