Always polite, always courteous, foods always good, and employees are always top notch kind. Whatever you guys are doing, more companies should train their employees the way Chick-fil-A does. Please never change.
The food used to be fantastic. The chicken sandwiches had larger filets, mainly. Our food was lukewarm during the latest visit and the open tables were dirty. Lots of people working but only one register was open, and there was a long line.
On a hot and busy Saturday afternoon we were welcomed by the friendliest and kindest young man behind the register. He was patient and very helpful while we were ordering since it was our first visit to any Chik Fil A restaurant. The server was just as friendly. The restaurant was comfortable despite the heat and humidity outside.
