I wish I found this place sooner, it’s absolutely DELICIOUS! The chicken salad is made in house each morning so it’s always VERY FRESH! The woman at the window was extremely kind & our food was ready fast! Perfect place for a much healthier ‘fast food’ option. There are tons of different chicken salads to choose from, I got the Classic Carol on a croissant (I added a little black pepper & it made it PERFECT) with the grape salad (a must try)! We also got the white cake & cookies! I can’t wait to come back to try the different chicken salads & the pimento cheese! Chicken Salad Chick is my new favorite!!

Love, love, love this place! Food is so good and so fresh. Cookies are the best! Staff is friendly, place is clean. I drive 45 minutes to get to this location because it's the closest one to me. Love that they have little bowls of chicken salad that you can take with you.. and sides too. Highly recommend!

This was a great match for the type of lunch meeting I was looking for. I wanted a quiet atmosphere with quality food at a reasonable price. I wasn't as concerned with the speed of service, but my order was placed quickly and the food was available within minutes. The restroom was clean, there was plenty of parking, it was easily accessed from the street. I would definitely recommend Chicken Salad Chick whether you are dining in or taking home for a quick meal.

I drove from Downers Grove just to try the different styles of chicken salad and I wasn't disappointed. The sandwiches are put on delicious bread & the chicken salads that we tried were fabulous. The best broccoli salad that's so different. Their sides are like no other and they are coming to Glenn Ellen so I'm very happy 😊 it will be closer. The service was a ten.

Did I drive over a hour from Chicago to pick up a whole white chocolate cake??? Yes, yes I did. Hubby and I share a big slice whenever the heck we want. She's in the freezer snug as bug and we ain't sharing with nobody. Anyhoo everything else is pretty tasty and service is awesome.

The best chicken salad I’ve had since my mom passed. Very good portions for the price and loved it. Only thing that’s missing is in the Fancy Nancy salad, I barely tasted any fruit.

I ordered the Fancy Nancy on a croissant. Good sandwich but it could have used a little more meat. I could barely taste it with the croissant but I knew it was good because I tasted what fell off my sandwich. The chicken poblano soup was on point. Yum!

They’ve messed up my order multiple times. Both delivery and in store. Paid for items I did not receive. Offered me “credit” towards future purchases instead of just giving me a refund until I pushed for it which was odd. Dinner hours are limited if you work and want to get something after work & closed on Sundays which is unfortunate. Good food (for fast food chicken salad), but clearly not very professionally run. disappointing.
