This restaurant is a cozy little gem. For anyone who wants a wrap or a sandwich, this is the place for you. Everything was excellent. I had a wrap, the pasta salad, and they provided a free buttercream cookie. I would come here again in a heartbeat! There were too many items to try in one visit. The place was clean, the restrooms were huge and also cleanly, and the staff was attentive and quick. Great place!

The food was fabulous! I was worried because they really only do chicken salad. It was the best I've had in a long time. They also have soup and side salads as well as meal salads. It's really cute inside with patterned tablecloths and both booths and regular tables. I will definitely be eating here again.Parking: I went during lunch rush and it was hard to find a parking spot. When we left the rush was over and there were lots of open spacesKid-friendliness: Kid friendly entree like Mac and cheese and turkey sandwiches.

I am not to normally write reviews but today, I felt like I had to. I ordered my lunch for delivery earlier this afternoon, the delivery driver left my lunch in the middle of a parking lot somewhere that was not even close to my office. After dealing with Doordash and being told to contact the company, I called Chicken Salad Chick and explained to them what happened. Kim who was the person who answered the phone, was very apologetic, remade my food and personally delivered it to me herself. That to me shows that they truly care about their customers and I will definitely order from here again! Thank you so much!

It was my first time trying this place, so wasn't familiar with what they had or how to order it, but the service was super friendly in explaining it to me. They also had samples which was nice so I'm not ordering something I wouldn't like.I got a chicken salad sandwich on a croissant, side of mac and cheese, and it came with a pickle and a small cookie as well. I had a drink, so didn't try their options.Was good size for lunch, and for $11 (without drink) price seemed reasonable and food was probably healthier than a fast food burger meal (no grease involved)They have a pimento cheese dish as well for non meat option.I will visit again, good alternative to regular fast food chains

This place is legit! The egg salad is better than mine which says a lot lol. The chicken salad is one of the best I've had. The jalapeño chicken salad is a little salty. The staff is super friendly and welcoming.
