Great place to go if you like being ignored. Went in a little before 9 on a Friday. Left after sitting at the bar for about 10 minutes without so much as a hello. Bartenders were present, but they were only interested in cleaning up for the night. I thought they were open until 11.

It took the bartender a long while before we were acknowledged while sitting at the bar. She was rarely present at the bar and rarely checked on us. Another server went behind the bar, rubbed his hands in his hair, then proceeded to handle beer glasses after running his hands through his hair. Soooo gross! Not a good experience.

The service was absolutely perfect. Servers were attentive and available, but not pushy. The atmosphere was cafeteria-like. No sound deadening materials noted. This could be a corporate decision to give a party-like atmosphere. That fails in my opinion. I had the Smash Burger, which was very good. It was drained before being put on the bun. Tasty.

Service was weak, not attentive. No REAL butter served, only butter oil? Ordered guiltless salmon meal served with a cold butter/oil on side, disgusting. Had to ask for salt and pepper, not on table?
Wonderful place, great food, the girl who helped us was very attentive, the place was Immaculate and I haven't had such good steaks in a long time! I can highly recommend Chili's grill & bar
