Our server was fantastic! I wish I got his name so I could give a proper shout out. The food was meh. I got the big smasher burger and it was just a patty of grease. The fries were awful. I was completely disgusted with the host. While we’re waiting for our food to come out, I watched the host, who’s standing right at the front of the restaurant mind you, digging in his nose. I’m sorry but that was just appalling.

We went there at 5pm, no line, no wait for a table. I had chicken fajitas. They were delish with an entire chicken breast and plenty of onions and peppers. Hubby had brisket quesadillas and he really liked them. Food arrived at our table quickly and was served nice and hot. We also had chips and salsa and two non-alcoholic beverages. Total bill was about $44.00, plus we gave the server a good tip because she was very efficient and checked on our needs several times. Atmosphere is casual. Facility is clean and handicapped accessible. We eat at this location about every two months and have consistently good service and food at a reasonable price. Would recommend this Chili's.
Parking: Free parking lot with ample parking.
Kid-friendliness: Yes, definitely kid friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access into building with wheelchair or rollator/walker.

I think for what it is, Chili's hits all its marks other than price. Chili's is not a fancy establishment with great food, so I'm not sure why the price is like 15 dollars a dish. This specific Chili's is fine, service was good and food was fine, I just feel like the price is a bit much for the quality.

I ordered take out as I am in town on business. After driving 20 minutes to my hotel I opened the order to eat and found that they forgot part of my meal and didn’t include the silverware that I asked for. All of which were marked off as in the bag on their receipt. Mistakes happen but it’s still disappointing.
Steak had a large piece of gristle through it. Otherwise, the food was good.

Food and service were very good, however the prices were very high in my opinion. $75 for 2 people - 2 cups soup, 2 entrees (pasta and chicken fajita) 1 dessert, and 2 soft drinks.
