Went here earlier this week, won’t be going back ever. I went inside to go get my bowl and was greeted and thought that was nice. But when I went to go get my bowl, I asked for white rice and omg I have never seen such a small scoop of rice in my life…he squished it down with the spoon to make it seem like my bowl had rice throughout all the bottom bc that’s how little it looked when he did his scoop! I never ask for more rice but I was just shocked and muttered up the courage to ask for more. The scoop of meat was little too but I didn’t wanna argue with this new worker who took over once the rice and beans were done. The same thing happened with the sour cream where it was just a small dollop even tho I didn’t say light or anything because that’s usually what they give me when I ask for light. The employees also look as if they’re shooting you daggers throughout the whole process, besides the first guy who was chill when I asked for more rice, the other older ladies seemed so serious and I was so scared to ask them for more of anything. They were judgey and you can tell with their attitude and they way they look at you… They also moved you on too fast to the next thing that there was no time to ask for anything else. I understand if there was a long line behind me but it was EMPTY, there was no one behind me or in front of me. anyway I never leave reviews but this chipotle was so bad that it had to be known..small portions and mean employees. PLEASEEE LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS, I see that my problem is the same throughout other people that have left reviews. This was the first time I’ve felt not wanted in a chipotle and the first time that I saw such small portions that a review needed to be made 😭

My spouse and I had multiple quality control issues including that the food was cold, much more gristle than I would have preferred for Carne Asada, and then there were hairs found in my burrito bowl and paper shreds found in my spouses salad.
I cannot recommend this location.
Follow up, management responded and partially refunded our money. Appreciate the gesture and did express commitment to quality.

The workers were extremely rude. They gave literally no food and were pissed when I asked for a little more. She started talking to someone else in Spanish and acted like I was inconveniencing her. The lady at the cash register was also rude, she was very slow at her job and left the garbage bag in the middle of the restaurant, people literally had to step on it to walk. She gave multiple mean looks and acted like I was bothering her. The food was also below average. I got no food and other kinds of food was mixed in my bowl. In addition this is the second time I’ve gone there recently and this has happened with the same workers. Literally the exact same thing happened last time, the proportions were even worse last time. I would not recommend going to the chipotle in Batavia.

Well to be honest I’m mad at the attitude and that they didn’t throw out food that my son opened and was in my home after I especially told them I didn’t even get an apology that I had to come back for the food again so I do hope “El” is okay with their food being open of their parent since I was a kids meal since I saw them put it on the counter they didn’t toss it out at all I’m fine with not getting things for free but I do expect an apology for their mistake

The guacamole was completely gray/brown and sour, and then the tomato salsa on our burrito and tacos were spoiled….. like the tomatoes had definitely gone bad and tasted disgusting. I would not recommend going here, currito down the road is a better option!

The rice was undercooked very hard small and crunchy. We were missing items from our order. The service wasn’t very friendly. They didn’t refund the items I was missing but gave me a coupon for them that expires in two weeks

I hope corrections have been made based on previous reviews for this location, but yesterday I had no complaints. I had a horrible experience at the location in St. Charles on Randall Rd. and drove to this one and I was more than satisfied. I had one of the best meals as far as quality and freshness goes last night.
