The workers were extremely rude. They gave literally no food and were pissed when I asked for a little more. She started talking to someone else in Spanish and acted like I was inconveniencing her. The lady at the cash register was also rude, she was very slow at her job and left the garbage bag in the middle of the restaurant, people literally had to step on it to walk. She gave multiple mean looks and acted like I was bothering her. The food was also below average. I got no food and other kinds of food was mixed in my bowl. In addition this is the second time I’ve gone there recently and this has happened with the same workers. Literally the exact same thing happened last time, the proportions were even worse last time. I would not recommend going to the chipotle in Batavia.

Well to be honest I’m mad at the attitude and that they didn’t throw out food that my son opened and was in my home after I especially told them I didn’t even get an apology that I had to come back for the food again so I do hope “El” is okay with their food being open of their parent since I was a kids meal since I saw them put it on the counter they didn’t toss it out at all I’m fine with not getting things for free but I do expect an apology for their mistake

The guacamole was completely gray/brown and sour, and then the tomato salsa on our burrito and tacos were spoiled….. like the tomatoes had definitely gone bad and tasted disgusting. I would not recommend going here, currito down the road is a better option!

The rice was undercooked very hard small and crunchy. We were missing items from our order. The service wasn’t very friendly. They didn’t refund the items I was missing but gave me a coupon for them that expires in two weeks

I hope corrections have been made based on previous reviews for this location, but yesterday I had no complaints. I had a horrible experience at the location in St. Charles on Randall Rd. and drove to this one and I was more than satisfied. I had one of the best meals as far as quality and freshness goes last night.

Entered store at 8:15 pm. Store closes at 10:00 pm. All sides were already pulled and staff acted disgusted that we couldn't tell them what we wanted in our bowls. I asked if they were closing early. They said no they just wanted to clean up. At least 10 other customers came into the store during the time we were there. Half of them left. Corporate needs to do something about the management at this location.

Rice is usually hard along with a 50/50 chance of bouncy chicken
DO NOT go at dinner time its a roll between not getting food bc nothing is even ready or waiting like 20 mins

I used the app to order pickup from our local chipotle in Batavia, IL. I ordered a burrito with no dairy as my son who is breastfeeding is allergic. There’s no spot to write in an allergy so I just purposefully ordered it without sour cream and cheese. Upon my second bite, I realize there is both sour cream and cheese on it, which exposes my son via my first bite I swallowed. I called the restaurant and they tried to blame me for not indicating an allergy (again no place to write a note for this). They refused to re-deliver my burrito or give my money back unless I came back to the store (I couldn’t). I reached out to corporate who said they would “talk to the store”. I then asked for my money back and they only offered BOGO. The customer service in an allergy exposure was extremely disappointing-people can have life threatening situations over this! I had no dinner and didn’t even get my money back!
