Took my nephew here. He’s obsessed with Chuck E Cheese! He’s 2 so the games aren’t really attention grabbing for him lol but he has fun. He really wanted to do the trampoline thing but didn’t want to have to wear the socks provided (for $12 - which is crazy).. the guy at the desk was nice but adamant about the socks being worn. My nephew was not happy and getting close to nap time he just wanted to jump.. the guy fixing the games told us “technically he has to wear them; but if you’re in there with him it’s okay. Go ahead.” So thank you to that guy! My nephew ended up not wanting to jump because he was scared once he was in there lol so the guy let him pick an ice cream bar of his choice for free.

Came and spent over $100 on food and games for 60mins. As we were playing the whole hour had passed and our beeper never rang. So we asked about our food and the lady went to check how much longer and she said Sombody took our food. I said what? She said they can give us our money back or re make the food but it would take another hour since they had party pizzas in the oven. My kids are tired and hungry at this point I’m so mad they didn’t even check the cameras and let Sombody take our food that we spent $80 on.

Went with my little cousin's and they had fun which is what it was all about but we were extremely disappointed with the trampoline zone. On top of purchasing a card for games, having to spend an extra $12 per child for jumping on a trampoline is kind of ridiculous. Half the time, it's locked up. If you're going to offer something like this, you should have a designated attendant and not someone who has such a horrible attitude like the girl with the snake bite piercings. There was a few birthday parties and they did the chuck e birthday extravaganza and the person portraying chuck e just did not have the energy that I remember. All in all, the kids had a blast and that's the most important part.

Came to this Batavia location to celebrate my nieces birthday when we encountered manager Rolando. Who was very unhelpful, rude, dismissive. A person like that should not be allowed to work around children.

Fun place to go and play games. Unlimited deal was great. Got to play tons of games in a short amount of time.

Wow, what a disappointing experience. Half the games were broken or didn't work properly, dirty, and what happened to the fun?

There are so few games which is also disappointing. Most of the game experiences only last a few seconds, like 5-10 seconds - terrible! Then what, one ticket? Are you kidding? You don't even give paper tickets anymore - why such boring numbers? 1? 3? Really? Like since it's arbitrary make it 10,000 tickets - it would be more exciting to see big numbers since you don't even have to deal with paper anyway. Losing the paper ticket experience was bad enough.

Most of the games aren't even fun. You press a button once and get tickets. No interactive anything. All of the ball games didn't function well and only last seconds.

All the personality is gone.

Oh and the trampoline was closed for no apparent reason.

Don't bother coming here.

Took my son here for the first time. He is 3 years old and they only had about five games for his age. The other games had to be played with the help of an adult. We weren’t really pleased with our visit. There were only about 15 games, the prices are way too high, and like every other arcade, the prices are way too expensive. You need to spend over $100 just to be able to win a pop it that you can buy at Dollar Tree for $1.25. I don’t recommend this place at all. Even for birthdays I wouldn’t. The food is okay, the service is great and everyone is friendly, and the atmosphere is overall very friendly and welcoming. Only reason why I’m rating this two stars is because my son is autistic and he enjoyed the platform with the lights and all the lights and noises from the games. Other than that he didn’t know how to play anything and he was still enjoying himself.

Good location for your little ones to go to. Allot of these in Illinois get a bad rap but this location is solid.

It was a very nice and clean environment, The staff were very good and handled our group of 40 plus well. The pizza was ok for the kids party restaurant. I wish Chucky would have spent a little more time with our group but overall it was a good time.

For 1 hour it will cost you $35 for 1 hour. Most machines do work. The ones that don't doesn't have any showing out of order. Pizza is literally way to expensive for the quality. Better off getting a little Caesars pizza. Honestly all together I've had a birthday party here and the cost was around $450 for 15 kids. Another time since my son loves the place because of the lights and doesn't know any better we have came a second time with my son, wife, and myself. Was over a hundred dollars for 1 hour with coupons I found on their website. The trampoline area is not available and tiny. The air hockey table will time out on you before you have a chance to really get into it.The prizes from the lack of tickets you will earn you could get at 5 below for a fraction of what you would spend hereIn all reality I do not recommend due to how expensive this place is. You are better off going to a different entertainment center for children for the same price with way more activities.I hope people find this review helpfulLast thing good luck getting photos from the machine out of paper
