I came for dinner and ordered the fish sandwich what a mistake that was they put the smallest piece of fish they could find and they put shedded cheese if you could call it that literally had 5 shreds of cheese i went to the register to show them so what was their solution ? They gave me a cold piece of cheese on a tray for a sandwich meal thats almost $15t thats an insult managers need to be aware of the customer service their employees are giving pathetic

I will never recommend this location to anyone. I had an extremely horrible experience with the drive-through assistant taking the orders. Not only was she not listening and got the order wrong she also did nothing to try and resolve her mistake. When asking to speak with a manager, I was told no when asking to correct my order I was told no overall take your business elsewhere because this place is ridiculous and their staff members need to be trained on adequacy.
Went with drive thru, both ladies were great. I asked a lot of questions on whats up charged and what wasn't. They were very patient and took my questions the right way. Great location!! Food was amazing as always. Culver's and In and Out have the best quality all around anywhere

Love their custard, and the Batavia Culver’s has such beautiful flowers around their building and drive thru - It gives it such great curb/ appeal, it makes you so happy when you go thru the drive thru!!
