Chicken sandwich was cold and undercooked. They replaced my sandwich for me. Next day went back and had the Bleu cheese and cranberry salad. Chicken was cold and undercooked again. It was replaced by the staff who were very nice, I am very disappointed this happened 2 days in a row. Wary of ordering any chicken here in the future.

Horrible service. Ordered online for curbside. We checked in when we arrived and waited 10 minutes then went in to check on it, no big deal. All thee staff were sitting around on the counter charting while our order sat, getting cold beside them.

Consistently our orders have hot french fries but the burgers/chicken sandwiches tepid at best. Clearly there is a lack of coordination between the different stations or there is confusion re delivering the orders to the vehicles. This happens virtually all the time.

i’m not sure why they were able to put a sign up saying they closed at 8 and not specifying what day it was for?? no specifics about being closed new year’s day, there’s just a car parked in front the drive thru speakers with hazards on to “let us know they’re closed” i guess. i don’t know what so hard about making a sign that states when you’re open or closed for the holidays.
