Autumn at this location is an angel on earth. After visiting the night of July 4th my daughter lost her blankeys somewhere at the DQ. I went back that evening to ask and no one had seen them. I went back the next morning and Autumn was so kind to take my number and said she would look around. After checking the dumpster (what a sweetheart) she found them! My daughter was heartbroken after a night of sleeplessness and now she is over the moon. I’m so glad she saw this act of kindness at such a young age. Thank you Autumn you are simply the best! Ice cream is good too.
Usually this DQ is great. Tonight we were served our soft serve cones upside down in cups. When I said we didn't order it that way the employee said that's how they do to go. I asked for spoons. They gave us one for four people. The ice cream was clearly premade and left in a freezer to save time during a busy summer night. But hard soft serve isn't great. The cones were also super stale. Cutting corners costs customers.
Love the ice cream always great
Been here many times with good experiences but this evening for no apparent reason the girl working the window seemed angry and was rather rude and we had no idea why. When I asked if I did something to make her mad she just gave me an empty emotionless stare. No apology, nothing. Kinda takes the fun out of it all!

Complete rip off I’ve been coming here for years now. Everything cost twice as much and they give you half as much ice cream. We’re done coming here.
Whoever made my banana split tonight did a horrible job. I live down the street from here, but will make a point not to be back.

Went in for the free condition day and ended up getting dipped cones. It's always clean and customer service is great! It is a walk-up only or drive thru and no going inside! Great place to stop for a treat!
