Prior review—Nice to see the vegetarian options especially when it’s a chicken place. Delicious cauliflower sandwich, perfectly fried and seasoned. I appreciated the multitude of heat levels. The slaw, bun, sauce all added to the taste. I had one tiny issue with my meal and the customer service is top notch and addressed it right away.

OK so we just went Before midnight and place an order one was a milkshake… all I got was runny milk. The guy looked like he was so pissed off. He didn’t wanna be there whoever was working tonight.
This guy has no customer service skills and here’s the face of your company. Either retrain him or fire him.

Food is a 10/10 per usual but every time I go through the drive thru they ALWAYS forget something ask for extra sauce? Nah you get no sauce tell them make sure to put a fork in the bag?nah never a fork I have to go inside and say something every single time drive thru guy always has a horrible attitude and manager is always sitting in the back on his phone and has a horrible attitude too. It’s honestly worth going to the Naperville location to get better service and a better experience
