Dimples is likely the biggest letdown in Batavia pastry history. They went from great donuts to insanely overpriced and inconsistent donuts. They are coasting on a legacy of the past without any integrity in the present. It used to be a flex to bring their donuts to an event or occasion. Now it is a gamble on whether you get a one pound grease soaked monstrosity or a mid-level donut at best. It is really a shame. They are unapologetic and rude I their pricing and service. It is like they are doing you a favor to serve something that is worse than something at a gas station at 5 times the cost. Such a shame as a lifelong resident. This is a comprehensive review. So downhill. Avoid this place. Get something from Jewel and you will be happier. If there is someone who wants to compete with them, they have to be the easiest to beat in any midsized community. Bring your innovation and return some donut interest to the area. They lost it altogether.
