The delivery charge of 8$ within 2 miles? So stupid. You should be ashamed. Everyoneya. Eat soap

You are absolutely ridiculous, you charge a 6.95 to deliver and none of it goes to the driver, then you need to tip the driver, you are a scam, dominoes is a joke, your pizza is terrible but for some reason my kids like it, it is frozen pizzas from now on, never again
Have ordered from this Domino's since they opened the thin crust is always burnt and for the last year all Styles have been burnt management just apologizes.

We've been ordering from here almost weekly for 3 years! I would imagine in that time some mistakes have been made, but the good experiences have far outweighed them. Our orders are always well made and delivered hot. The delivery people are always very friendly. And actually, there was one mistake recently--they forgot our sauces one time. The delivery person went back and got them very quickly. We love this location!

Our pizza our we put on the app an hour early. I went in to get order last night at 5:30pm and they completely forgot it. They said 15 more minutes, I waited and went back in and they forgot to make one of my pizzas, so I had to wait another 15 minutes. Pizzas were for a party, which people were waiting for and they were served cold not a good experience at all. This location hasn’t been the one time this has been bad it has a history. They did say sorry, which I felt for them, but they should have done something for this screw up. Instead they cleared my order to cover up their mistake to make it look like they made it on time. You can see my name for my order isn’t on the list while I was waiting. Things were so bad they stopped making pizzas this is why nobody is in the photo.

1.5 hours from order to delivery on ma Thursday night is unacceptable. 50 minutes before it was even put in oven. Then the store tells me it was because they had 1 driver. That was before it was even put in the oven.
What has happened to this location? The last two times I’ve visited, something has dramatically changed. Short staffing, associates publicly airing dirty laundry about coworkers “playing [expletive] video games in the back instead of prepping pizzas”, wait times that are more than double the posted time on the app, etc. While I understand frustration with coworkers who slack off, where is the manager and what is he/she doing about this???

Short-staffed = 120+ minutes ago at the time of this post, I placed my order. One night, I called this location and nobody would pick up the phone, so I couldn’t cancel. Tonight I called at 70 minutes and there was no apology. I was just given a “we only have two drivers” excuse after waiting an hour and checking if they received my online order - an order said to only take a maximum of 35 minutes.We are getting close to two hours.Want proof? See screenshots.
Pretty soon they’re gonna put only couple pieces on the chicken Alfredo. They cut it halfway. It is a joke.Owner should ordered his own food and see amount of food they put

I feel bad I know workers were short staffed but after going through the reviews, this seems to be common. Placed my order for delivery at 6pm it stayed in the prep stage for about 50 minutes then finally moved to the bake stage and then was on its way to get delivered around 7pm. On arrival we were missing our cheesy breadsticks and cinnamon twists but we got the sauces for each of those. So they delivered a pizza with a cup of icing?? Let’s use our brains here…
So I called , was on hold 3 minutes, hung up tried calling back to place another order to see if I can get through to somebody went right through to a call center, they then transferred me back to the store to talk to someone, sat on hold for about another five minutes, miraculously, a coupon showed up in my email stating that they messed up our order even though I hadn’t even talk to anybody so they knew already, so I then sent my husband to go and pick up our food since the cheesy breadsticks were his main dinner, I waited on hold for 22 minutes while my husband drove to the store and still no one ever answered. If you cannot adequately staff this location especially on the weekends it should be closed down.
Just good, reasonable, carry out pizza.

Domino's in Batavia, Illinois should be ashamed of themselves, been a long time customer, I have literally spent hundreds of dollars at this location, until recently when I went to pick up an order and was told I needed to pay 1$ per every packet of Parmesan cheese packet I asked for. What a damn shame. I will never go to this location or any for that matter if this is real. How can you try to charge money for a free condiment? Very unhappy with my last experience.

I just love Domino's thin crust pizza with alfredo sauce, chicken and spinach!
