I regret that I even have to write this letter. On January 22nd, I stopped off at the Dunkin located at 108 N Batavia Ave in Batavia IL. I placed my order via the drive thru (bacon egg and cheese bagel, 1 order of hash browns, 2 breakfast wraps and a large coffee). I got to the window paid and received my order. I parked in the lot to give my wife her food and I grabbed mine. When I grabbed my sandwich it was made in a croissant. Not what I ordered. I made my way back inside and...read full review
