They used to be much better, but the last couple of times we got good from there have been less than great. Twice they only gave us 1 sandwich when we ordered two, and then in the last month or so, their hash browns have been horrible: burnt and dry, like they were premade and then microwaved. The tots are usually my favorite, and I've thrown them away both times. Don't think I'll be going back there for a while.

Typically, I don't care to comment or complain, but this location often messes up our orders, and mobile orders go missing. Today, I went to pick up my mobile order and was told they never got one and to check other nearby locations... I checked, and the app did say this location. So I went inside, and my order was on the counter already.

Today I had the worst interaction! I don't know what kind of business practice this place adheres to but I didn't certainly deserve to be yelled at. My husband and I went to order coffee and donut. We proceeded to let the guy know what we wanted when he suddenly started screaming. We looked at him in confusion I guess we ordered to fast but why not communicate without nastiness? I avoid confrontation at all cost and also have the utmost respect to people that work in customerservice. I was disappointed to say the least. Do better!!

Great place to start off your morning. Samantha always has something nice to say every morning and gets my order done quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs a good cup of joe and a smiley face in the morning:)

Store manager Samantha is the best, coffee is made fresh to order food service hot and ready. I wouldn't got anywhere else for breakfast in the area. Great hospitality the customer service is phenomenal.Kid-friendliness: Samantha is very friendly to everyone.

Last two times I've gone here and got a dozen donuts there was a very limited selection but I would get it home to my family and the first time they were so stale that nobody in the house would eat them and I ended up having to cook everybody breakfast. The second time I went, I got about the same donuts. Again it dozen donuts and all of them where sale. When I went back for a refund the 2nd time and to return the donuts, they claimed because there were three donuts that had three bites taken out of them they couldn't refund me. I told them that was my family biting into them and realizing they were sale. if you notice it was one bite and they were put back in the box. Hence why I'm asking for a refund and returning them. Still it didn't matter in their eyes and I didn't get a refund. If you're in the Batavia area I suggest going to the Dunkin donuts on Randall or going to dimple donuts on Wilson. Coffee is good here but sandwiches are always horrible and the donuts are always stale

Unprofessional and Rude! I had to call the police!I went to through the drive-thru at this store to get some munkins for a business meeting. I asked about the number of munkins that come in an order. I chose the '10" to an order option and specifically asked "do they come in a box?" The person said, "yes." I drive to the window and get handed a bag with 10 munkins. I said, "I need these in a box." The girl says "we don't have any boxes." To which I responded, "you just said they come in a box" Response, "we don't have any boxes." I said, "I am taking these to a business meeting. I can't deliver them in a bag. Please issue a refund." And now the melee begins... "I don't know how to issue a refund." "Can you get your manager? "The manager just left." "Well, I want a refund, so how do you want to handle this?" "You can come back tomorrow." "I am NOT coming back tomorrow, I want a refund now." I don't know how to issue a refund." "Can you get your manager on the phone?" "no, the manager is busy." WHAT? "Well, I am not leaving here until I get a refund." To which she responds, "well you can sit there!" and slams the windows shut. I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE! I will never return to this location and do what I can to get the word out about the extremely unprofessional behavior. Just because Dunkin has name-brand recognition does not mean they provide a positive experience and should not rest on their laurels.

Samantha is the best drive through worker! She is so amazing and says hello to me and my mom every day! She recently had a baby and has shown us the most adorable pictures. She is so sweet and she always makes our coffee perfectly. Thank you Samantha for being an awesome worker! Keep it up!!

I've had problems here before, but had to run thru today despite these. Although only 1 car went thru before me, I was told "one moment." After 3 minutes, and a line of 4 cars behind me, I said "hello?" Again, told "one moment. A younger man took my order 30 seconds later. However, he was also curt at the window, bluntly saying "here is your donut, wait for your chai." No apology for the wait, no etiquette of saying something along the lines of taking a moment longer...just "wait for your chai" (which was only half full, as well). People drive thru because they DON'T have time to sit and wait. And what was our line waiting for? The cameras inside didn't display any customers at the counter and the one car in front of me had been long gone. Be polite to your customers; we're the reasons you even have an income, so appreciate and respect us!

I stop here every Thursday morning at 5am and it’s the best start to my early work day. Not just because of the coffee but because Sam consistently greets with an inviting tone end chipper attitude. Thanks for being so polite and friendly Sam!
