Amber is amazing my kids and of course dog love her she always goes out of her way to make sure the order is correct and to say hi to my little ones. And always a munchkin or treat for the dog. Sometimes a long wait but she always goes out of her to apologize and make it worth it.

I bought a ice cream cake and the cake had horrible taste, tasted like metal, probably the cake was old and sitting uncovered inside the freezer for months, very very bad experience and I keep calling the manager and They keep telling me that the manager is not here, all day long the manager is not there. Do they even have a manager ? Nobody even return a phone call to take care of the problem, so I guess I need to call the Better Business Bureau because no one has returned my phone call in three days.

This place sucks. Food is ALWAYS cold. Drinks are ALWAYA wrong. People there are rude too lowkey. Just go to a different dunkin if you want it honestly. Waste of my money

I've been to this donut roughly 6 times, and they have messed up 4 out of my 6 orders. Not great.

I ordered via Door Dash they took my money then when door dash got there; they refused to fill my order. I had to get a refund through Door Dash. If I could give them a zero star rating I would.
Usually this Dunkin isn't too bad; however, today I ordered two medium hot caramel craze signature lattes and they were awful. The coffee was off, possibly old or burnt, and there was no caramel or espresso in the drinks. I was halfway home before I tried one so I couldn't even go back to get them remade. Worst coffee I've had in a long time.

will throw your donuts into a bag willy nilly if you order more than one and less than six. I don’t want a donut with my husband’s donut’s icing on it. And it just looks dilapidated and unappealing. Also, coffee is either good or tastes like battery acid. No in between.

Just got 4 donuts but it was two days old … I can definitely tell it was not soft like I’m used too eating it. Can believe they are selling two day old donuts to public!
