Please read, as I do NOT leave reviews that are less than 5 star. Even if the experience is not good. I joined Factor not knowing that it was a subscription service, and that it takes 10 days to receive your food. I then cancelled the same day, I still received a charge to my CC, 5 days after subscription cancellation. I called to ask what happened. Apparently, subscription and order cancellation are 2 different things (even tho I never placed an order). I asked for a refund....
I was happy with the food, all the options Factor offers, and the comfort in knowing the delivery is going to be on the day they said it would be. All that along with the fact that the packaging is always delivered without damages or issues. Great for a quick healthy meal.
You can not really choose what meal you want. They make you feel like you have some choice, and you choose a plan like keto. For this reason, we canceled. 50% of the meals have something I have to eat around, like mushrooms onions or something. The quality is great and steaks are great for delivery. No prep is nice.
