I gave this place way too many chances. I’m tired of ordering food for delivery that is most times incomplete. Today was the last straw. No napkins, no silverware, and a rude delivery driver.

The 2 guys working when we stopped in were fabulous! Friendly and made us feel very welcome. The music was 👍, the food was👌, and these 2 Chicago transplants felt right at 🏡. If we're ever back in Batavia, we'll be stopping again for sure.

Clearly missing cheese and tomatoes….. I went and asked for cheese and they said I’d have to pay extra. Very disappointed, especially since it is advertised!!!!!! I payed $10 for this. Lost a customer.

How do you forget the turkey? On a beach club and refuse to remake it or at least give the poor little girl turkey to add onto her TURKEY sandwich herself. $12.89 and they say “too bad you already ate half of it” “too bad too sad complain to corporate they just send it here and i respond mwahahahaha”

5 employees, 5minutes before anyone asked me anything? Watched as employee placed 3 orders for pick-up on the floor. Entire space was disgustingly filthy. If you have to have JJs...skip this one.

Took my money never delivered or answered my phone calls. Had to drive to the store to ask for a refund.
I typically order delivery and twice now things from my order have been forgotten the first time it was the drink I called they said they would bring me a new one that never came the second time they forgot my chips and I just wanted that refunded but they said they send it out which yes isn’t a big deal but it wasn’t what I wanted I then opened my sandwich and there was lettuce in it even though there was supposed to be none I am not pleased and will no longer be getting food from this location

This location has been the worst multiple times. Our latest and last trip to this location i went with my 4 year old and baby music was so loud I couldn't hear the cashier my 16 month old was crying and holding her ears half the time. When I said something to cashier it was ignored like I said nothing... he probably couldn't hear me 🙄

Even subway dying can't save this terrible location. Awful food, prices are ungodly now, and McAlister's or Jersey Mike's JUST down the road - only thing freaky fast now is how quick you should leave (oh yeah, they take almost an hour to deliver now, so freaky)

This is the perfect place to waste your time. Ordered food through the app, I go to pick up ten minutes later only to get told it’s going to take 10-15 minutes. Yet my order ticket was hanging in front of the employees face but he decided to complete orders that were after mine. Total waste. Why is there only one employee???!
