The drive thru was empty when we arrived. Ordered our food, paid for it and pulled up to the pick up window. About 30 seconds later I was handed our drinks. I watched the 2 women start making 4 hot chocolates by hand. I also noticed an open bag of food on the side counter. They finished making them along with a cup of coffee, put them in a cup carrier and brought them to the window. The woman asked me if we ordered the hot chocolate. I responded that we are waiting for our food. She turns and gets the opened bag of food that has now been sitting for quite awhile and hands it to me. I took it and replied that it has been sitting there for quite a while!All we got was "sorry about that".As one would expect, our quarter pounders and fries were NOT as hot as they should have been. Only warm since sitting so long on the counter.The buns are smaller in diameter now, which means the burger patty should actually be thicker since it was the same diameter as the bun. But it was not. I should have taken a photo. Makes one wonder if are they using a quarter pound patty.Needless to say, we will not be back to this McDonalds!!Will be calling a manager!Way to go Downtown Batavia!!"Is it really that hard to do your job"

Ordered drive through breakfast meal. They didn't give me my coffee. So, i guess I'll blame it on myself for not reminding her. However, they should've handed it out the window with my bag of food... I suppose when I asked for hot sauce, they forgot the coffee? So, did I. Anyway I paid for it. Now I'm upset...

Me and my wife stopped here after work and grabbed some food and we ordered 2 pies but only recieved 1 and because they didn't give or offer the receipt they tried to make me pay for another one... like no not worth it. We will pry not return anytime soon.

The male manager who ALWAYS works the drive-thru needs a career change or serious retraining.We have been here multiple times and his attitude is always the same, horrible. If we see him working, we go elsewhere. We have complained to other managers but apparently nothing has been done to correct this problem.

This McDonalds has been the heart of Batavia for as long as I can remember. I see some of the reviews regarding staff, give them a break, you're at a fast food establishment and this is likely a majority of the employees first job. I've witnessed full grown adults literally screaming in these CHILDRENS faces. If anything talk to their managers that treat their staff like disposable garbage. Long story short, its a fast food joint. Don't be so high strung and get unhinged by a place basically run by children and managers that yell at them.
The only redeeming qualities of this place is breakfast and the service. Asosde from that, the burgers are just weird, the texture of the meat is no meat like. The fries are some of the worst I've had, and I'm one to love just about all french fries. But something is just off about them. But the place is clean, and they get my order right, as far as McDonald's goes, it's solid.

Went inside for food. There was no one waiting up front and the line to order from the register was long. Finally someone came up after a good 5-6 minutes and took our orders. Sat down and waited around 10-15 minutes for a large fry... but fine whatever. My issue was when I looked in the bag there was no ketchup which I asked for there to be some when I ordered. After they had put the bag on the counter for me the person walked in the back. I waited for 5-10 minutes before someone brought a different person's order to the counter for me to ask for ketchup. During that time though, I tried waving to the manager who took my order to ask her for said ketchup. She made eye contact with me but then turned around and started doing and something else. I wasn't going to yell for someone to come help but someone should be checking up front. Also there was another line forming at the register. Why was no one up there waiting for people?? Why was I ignored? This honestly shouldn't have been a 25 minute adventure for fry's but it was. I'll never come back to this place, not that they need my 4$ for fry's anyway, but just saying.

none of the power outlets in this macDonald's work. also, online it says they can serve you lunch at 10:30, but they won't serve you until 11.

Went at 1140 clearly before they were closed and they told me to leave they weren’t making anymore food. I drive up to the window and they were all standing there telling me to leave they weren’t going to serve me because they wanted to close early.
