Man, was I disappointed by their Teriyaki Chicken. The meat was mostly fat. The portion size was great but I ended up not eating most of it as I got tired of trying to pick to the actual meat.
The staff was friendly enough and the restaurant was clean, but I won't be returning.

Everything went bad since we walk in there, all the workers talking to each other taking group selfies and ignoring everything else, when they decide to attend to us, they did everything wrong, all of them passed the order from hand to hand, there was a girl especially with a horrible attitude her name was Devine and you talked to her and she just passed by ignoring us, she just wanted to stay flirtatious with one of the boys, the whole experience was very bad, there was only one girl that was kind, we used to go to this location all the time because the workers there like 2 years ago were the best, very friendly even they give a little extra meat sometimes if you tell them it was too much veggies in your plate but honestly now this location is just a disgrace, we'll never be back here.

We were unsatisfied with the broccoli beef and the 80 20 which according to the rude female associate is three small pieces of beef and the rest all Broccoli for a plate. A male associate offered to remake it because it was what was left. But she proceeded to tell me it was the correct portions. Then we said well it wasn’t what we were expecting could we please just have a refund and she proceeded to tell us no there is no one here to authorize that. We’ve had issues here in the past, but not with the plain out rudeness of the associate. Called customer support and they made things right. We will be back to other locations.

Love this Panda, been going there since they opened. Was helped by Reagan last night, very quick and perfectly happy to tell me how long things would take to be cooked. Waited the extra two minutes for my second order of chicken and got exactly what I came in for.

I've always enjoyed their sweet fire chicken and chow main noddles plate. The one dish I really miss is the pepper chicken.
Food was to be expected; however, the employees were significantly discourteous and dismissive.

I picked up some food and Tyler was at the drive-through offering the kindest customer service I have had in a while very nice gentleman. Very grateful to still have people like this in the world thank you Tyler shout out to Tyler!

I asked for half chow mein and half fried rice, and I got cabbage and fried rice. The rice was soggy. I will never eat from here again. It’s not the same. The food tasted gross, and it was expensive

The drive thru wasn't available, and they didn't put cones to block it off. So it sucked I had to find a parking spot and then go in. If it was bocked off, I wouldn't have been upset. Most pandas don't have a drive thru. The knew time I go to a panda that has one and it isn't available due to low staff.
