The drive thru wasn't available, and they didn't put cones to block it off. So it sucked I had to find a parking spot and then go in. If it was bocked off, I wouldn't have been upset. Most pandas don't have a drive thru. The knew time I go to a panda that has one and it isn't available due to low staff.

Ordered via drive thru in Batavia, asked for sweet and sour sauce and was told they we're out. No worries, However I didn't get any sauce for my appetizer and the rice was not good. Obviously they were out of all the veggies for the rice, it was very bland, didn't eat it. It would have been good to know that the normal menu items were not as they should be. I won't be going there any longer. Things like this have happened before at this location. And never get any real feedback on here, they say message us somewhere else and that gets lost and you don't hear from anyone.

First person we had contact with was rude, dumped mixed food out of plate into bowl, unfriendly atmosphere for Christmas time. No ice for fountain drinks, told to buy more expensive bottle of soda if want a cold drink. I'll never return!

Came in here tonight with my boyfriend. We know how busy they can be. My boyfriend and I are in the food industry as well so we are patient.we walk in, no greeting, we walk up to the counter the 5 people all glance at us at some point but no one says anything. We're waiting at the counter where you start for 10 full minutes and not one person even acknowledge our existence. All it takes is "hey guys we will be right with you!" Or "sorry we're a little backed up just give me a moment" instead they just glance up from filling people's to go boxes and look away. So after 10 minutes we just left and walked to chickfila. The food here has always been great the customer service has always been bad.

They pretty much have just about all the dishes I like. Potions are very decent.
This location is super slow and has poor customer service. They don't greet you or say I'll be right with you. They just ignore you until they are ready. They frequently are out of items like ice, vegetables etc. Today the fried rice didn't have carrots or peas. They need to get it together!

This is the 2nd time I ordered delivery and both times my order is missing items. I called them today and the assistant manager was not helpful and wanted me to go pick up the rest of my order when I had already paid for delivery. Horrible service!

Food very good, prices good, but servers forgetful. Having lunch with my grandson and he got his food right away. However, my choice was empty and was told it would be ready in 5 minutes and brought to me. 15 minutes later I had to remind them. Not good.
