What happened to the orange chicken? Used to love panda back in the 2010’s. Used to go to Panda every week. Went here today and all 3 plates had little crusty orange bits. What happened to the big orange chicken pieces? I used to go to Panda all the time, but looks like Shrinkflation has made it way to orange chicken at panda. Now I’m paying 40% more today for the food, for 75% less chicken. And the chow mein was off too. Mostly cabbage. My daughter made the whole family go here because she loves the chow mein and they gave her a couple noodles with all cabbage. I should have looked at the other negative reviews first, ugh.

Smallest serving size Ive recieved from a panda and barely any sauce in the orange chicken. Not worth the 20 minute wait in the drive thru

I know its hard to relate fast food with good service but the friday night crew on 10/17 was so impressive. Long line inside and in the drive-thru and they were kicking ass at taking my order with a smile. Food was gas too. Great panda location, the other ones nearby suck.

This is the second time in a row they were out of a food selectionk (fried rice). So I had to order a side I didnt prefer. Also they are advertising a new dish sesame shrimp&beef on there physical menu, but apparently this location is not serving it. Poor management.

I’ve literally been stuck in this drive through for over 15 minutes. (Update 8:12-8:31, staff was nice but that was an extremely excessive wait)

Man, was I disappointed by their Teriyaki Chicken. The meat was mostly fat. The portion size was great but I ended up not eating most of it as I got tired of trying to pick to the actual meat.

The staff was friendly enough and the restaurant was clean, but I won't be returning.

Everything went bad since we walk in there, all the workers talking to each other taking group selfies and ignoring everything else, when they decide to attend to us, they did everything wrong, all of them passed the order from hand to hand, there was a girl especially with a horrible attitude her name was Devine and you talked to her and she just passed by ignoring us, she just wanted to stay flirtatious with one of the boys, the whole experience was very bad, there was only one girl that was kind, we used to go to this location all the time because the workers there like 2 years ago were the best, very friendly even they give a little extra meat sometimes if you tell them it was too much veggies in your plate but honestly now this location is just a disgrace, we'll never be back here.

We were unsatisfied with the broccoli beef and the 80 20 which according to the rude female associate is three small pieces of beef and the rest all Broccoli for a plate. A male associate offered to remake it because it was what was left. But she proceeded to tell me it was the correct portions. Then we said well it wasn’t what we were expecting could we please just have a refund and she proceeded to tell us no there is no one here to authorize that. We’ve had issues here in the past, but not with the plain out rudeness of the associate.
Called customer support and they made things right. We will be back to other locations.
