Extremely rude when we went to pick up our pizza. Literally demanded a tip—like girl, for what? We ordered online, came to get it ourselves, and somehow I’m supposed to pay extra because you’re stressed? That’s not my problem. Maybe focus on cooking the pizza all the way through next time instead of guilt-tripping customers—because every single one was undercooked. And honestly, if you’re gonna act that entitled, at least make sure your colorful hair isn’t the most effort you put into your job.

For my kids birthday party, I had made a preorder for 5 pizzas and two sides for pick up at a specific time. They were 25 minutes delayed and caused us a huge problem with all the kids attending the party. They were super hungry and melting down. Unacceptable!!

customer service was amazing!! I got a charge from Papa John's. the employees I talked to we're absolutely amazing. she literally called me back after i accidentally disconnected. Thank you management

Stay away from this place honestly it’s a joke of a place nobody there is paying attention to what they’re doing. They’re always late on everything. Never have the orders ready on time. It’s like they don’t wanna work if you don’t wanna work don’t work at that career cause if you cannot make something as simple as a pizza then you don’t belong in any workforce honestly it’s always a ridiculous amount of time for a pizza. I don’t understand. What is your deal but they better get it together because at this point there’s many other places that are way better.

They only had one person working the line during dinner rush. The oven+front worker was gasping for breath and couldn't greet me for 15min.

30min wait at store to pick up my order because they summoned before putting the order in.

Ordered pizza, said it would be 38 minutes. At 1 hour, called and they said it had just left store. 15 minutes later, they still had not arrived. Love their food, but their delivery and service is getting worse over time. Not sure I will ever order here again
