I get this coffee from my favorite local retailer and they have the beans so you can ground it how you want in the store. Overheard a couple pass by and mention getting Starbucks but most coffee comes from the same source and company’s just put their name on it but allot of the work goes into quality assurance and testing production equipment for bacteria and foreign material’s in fact the company I worked for was packaging freeze dried coffee for Kraft and unheard of companies in South Africa right next to where they were packaging matcha tea for Starbucks. Allot of the concern with consumers should be more about adulteration but I learned this while working as a quality assurance technician for a place that packages dry beverages for other company’s. Overall it’s great coffee!

Placed an order through Amazon for their hot cocoa and USPS shows not picked up, but they put into Amazon that it was picked up by USPS. 5 calls (one of which I left a call back number and got no call back) before someone there actually picked up the phone after their Amazon Store told me repeatedly to call customer service.**UPDATE** They called me back and UPSed me overnight my order, but I still do not trust their process, as I'd like to see proof of a USPS claim, being as far as I can see, they never actually provided the order to USPS. To tell me when calling too when they called back that every last person in the building would have been on the phone? I highly doubt it, as I see that as more lies that nobody within the company can pick up the phone or return a voicemail from the previous day.

For semi truck delivery the receiver requires you back up from the street I had no problem backing in to middle indoor dock but I find it really difficult to understand why wouldn’t the owner prepare this company site for large truck deliveries , again a good truck driver shouldn’t have an issue backing in it took me 2 minutes and didn’t block traffic or go over grass or knock any poles it’s just sad for me to see others did that , I can’t imagine how the department of transportation would want to allow 18 year old to drive semi trucks

I just tried this coffee this week…and must say I truly enjoyed it! I purchased it in the pods…but liked it so…I also bought the grinds…. I’m enjoying it immensely!

The bags of flavored ground coffee are a staple in our household. We make a pot every morning, and it's always delicious. Cinnamon hazelnut & salted caramel are some of our favorites. I also like the whole beans that I grind for use in my aeropress, or when I make cold brew.

Garbage. I buy the basic joes k cups. Absolute garbage and frustrating. They never make right in the keurig. I have grounds all over or machine won’t even finish the garbage k cups. I try other brands and never have a problem with the cups. Coffee not great either. Like colored water. Real frustrating when wanting a cup n nope grounds all over. Lots of other reviews say the same. So ya it’s garbage. Stay clear unless you like to waste money on flavored water. Garbage. Picture attached shows what this coffee really is.

I purchased Organic CarmenSutra and Organic Breakfast Blend K-cups from Papa Nicholas as well as a 36 pack of 5 Star Restaurant Blend and Breakfast Blend K-cups. The organic cups come in a 10 pack and cost roughly $0.90 per K-Cup. Both of the organic coffees tasted awful. Three of us drink coffee here and we all felt the same about these organic coffees. The 36 pack of the non organic Breakfast Blend has just a fair taste and the 36 pack of the 5 Star non organic coffee has just acceptable flavor. The Paul Newman Organic K-cups available locally are far better than any of these Papa Nicholas coffees. I've purchased whole bean coffees from Papa Nicholas in the past that I was very pleased with is why I bought their K-cup coffee thinking they would be the same quality with great taste! These Papa Nicholas K-cups were a huge disappointment. The organic K-cups were so bad they were just thrown in the trash. My order was also shipped USPS that took forever to receive as well. I will no longer purchase any coffee from Papa Nicholas.

This is by far my favorite coffee. I encourage anyone to give them a try.

The amaretto flavor is beyond delicious. The aroma and flavor are en exceptional coffee experience. Other flavors I love are the vanillas and hazelnut.

Best coffee ever. I have been ordering from them for years. My favorite blend is Kenya AAA. I can’t live without it! The customer service is also very good.

I like the coffee taste however, the k cups explode and make a major mess of my machine. Just threw them all in trash.

Sent them two emails, with pictures, explaining a problem with their two different looking Salted Carmel K-cups. One works fine and always has. The more recent version seems flimsy and doesn't always puncture properly making a real mess. They never replied? By the way, all other k-cups work fine. Even other Papa Nicholas flavors.

We ordered PapaNicholas Coffee for a fundraiser for our daycare last month and have been very pleased with both the coffee and the customer service provided in response to a question about our order. The breakfast blend is delicious! Can't wait to try the French roast and 5 star restaurant blend coffees we ordered!

Bad K cup design does not puncture properly.

Your pods do not puncture on the bottom with the Keurig needle. I have to continually use a nail to make them work. Luckily my wife bought the smaller box to see if I like.
