If I could give this place 0 stars on the pizza I would. Honestly the worst pizza I have ever tasted, and I eat alot of pizza. The wings however were pretty good.

Update: hadn't had rosati's in a while. It was better than I even remembered. Honestly delicious pizza. Ordered online and delivery was fast for a Friday night. I'll order more often.
Consistent..... food is always good. Don't expect delivery drivers to remember everything so double check before they leave. Also if you're looking for a super friendly people you'll want to go to Chik-Fil-A....... like I said, this place is consistent and has good food but that's about the beginning and the end of the experience.

We had the worst customer service ever! My family has been a loyal customer for 26 years and yesterday we had a Togo order for shrimp. When it was our turn the lady started to yell and was so rude. It was so uncalled for. I have never experienced something like this. She was yelling so loud that the back of the kitchen came out to see what was happening. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the owner. I doubt this but I’m beyond upset

Owner was completely rude. I had a $50 gift card to use when picking up my order of which they were having problems processing. They could see the $50 value in their system but not process correctly. The owner was called via phone and told the woman not to accept it as it was an older gift card. I informed her that in state of Illinois it is illegal to not accept a gift card because of age and they have to accept.
The owner would not budge so I told them they could keep their pizza and wings and left. About 10 mins after I got home they called me back to say that they reset their computer and got the gift card to work now. They ended up delivering me the food about 40 mins after I originally should have had it. If they would of just tried to figure it out on their side and offered good customer service it would of been fine but instead they decided to be extremely rude and cause a negative review and interaction.
I always go here for pizza and wings because they are absolutely the best!!! Everything is cooked to perfection, I never had an issue with an online order and food was always ready on time!

The pizza is good. The bad thing about the place is that we ordered pizza to go and when we went to get it we asked to use the bathroom and they told us it wasn't possible, that it was only for customers and we were consuming because we had ordered pizza to go. It wasn't fair to us.
