Very racist atmosphere nobody helped me I had to speak up more than once to get a doordash order and was blatantly ignored would not recommend this Starbucks

This had to be my best experience at a Starbucks yet! I felt like I had a complicated order and was a little embarrassed to ask for the customizations, but my barista assured me that it was fine! My drink was made quickly and correctly not to mention the smiley face drawn on my cup just made my day! I couldn’t not leave an amazing review!

Both barista and manager were extremely rude and difficult after they got my drink wrong.
I won't be coming to this starbucks again. I rather drive a bit further to another location. They always have terrible customer service. They act like we are bothering them. Like is your job. Be mindful and kind we are there to get a coffee and start a fresh day. Thanks

I was enjoying my wonderful coffee inside of the restaurant, when I look up and I see a woman with a canine inside of the establishment, standing by the drink pickup holding her dog. I have a dog allergy, so I started to have a slight breakout. Then, I heard the shift lead/manager informing the woman that pets were not allowed inside of the establishment. The woman argued with the manager, however the manger didn’t let up. I believe this is very respectable since I firmly believe animals should not be near or inside of areas where food and drink preparation and consumption are taking place. I believe the managers name was Linda, props to Linda for this.

I was at this location yesterday. I dont frequent starbucks alot and I am diabetic so there are not a ton of choices for me. I wanted something fruity and delicious and I asked the girl at the register if she wouldn't mind helping me find something I might like, and that I was able to have. She walked me through all kinds of choices and suggestions, she was so sweet and helpful and made my whole day, she took her time and didnt make me feel like I was a burden. As someone who manages in the food and service industry; Kayla deserves a raise ! Thank you Kayla so much you made my day !

I'm hooked on matcha latte. Gotta have one at least once or twice a week. I do bring a personal cup, at least. The crew there is usually welcoming and helpful. A couple of them recognize me and remember my name and what I order which is impressive as I assume hundreds of people come and go during the day. Sometimes get bags of used coffee grounds to spread around my yard. Lots of seating and outlets if you want to work on your laptop for a while.
