We ordered carry out. We live 5 minutes from the restaurant. When we got home our 2 hamburgers were REFRIGERATOR COLD. When I took off the top of the bun there was a glob of cold butter to the side, the pickles were 3/4 way off of the sandwich and it was COLD…not barely warm…COLD! This restaurant is utterly FILTHY. Feet sticking to the floors gross and grimy. Whole place smells of old dirty mop head. Even the walls of the booths are smelly and grimy. The two teenagers working tonight also have garbage attitudes and dirty uniforms.

Brought my kids in from UT, told them this was one of my staples when I lived here. Been here 4 times now, strawberry shake isnt good but EVERYTHING else is!!! Including all other shakes. Thank you!

So today, March 27 2025 my son and I came here for our lunch and my sons burger had hair in it the the cook was completely rude then told my son to hold on and as a mom obviously im going to wait to eat until he got his fresh food , he had to wait 15 minutes for it to be remade mind you it’s literally freezing in the restaurant so my food is cold (my choice to wait .. but still WTH)then he brought his food back to the table he’s like she gave me no fries the first plate was looking like a medium wich both got we obviously paid more for . For his fresh plate he had less fries on there than I had and I had already had some of them before he realized the hair in his burger so I said I’d tell her you had a medium he wanted to he’s 15 ya know so independent lol well then she gave him attitude AGAIN and he.said we paid for a medium fry so I went asked for the manager and low and behold the cook WAS the manager so disappointing didn’t apologize or offer any compensation or anything after I mentioned me waiting for him

Ordered a milkshake and it tasted like burnt chemicals. Whether it was a faulty machine, or improper cleaning, the shake should not have been served to a customer. Be cautious, because you may end up sick from eating here.

Warning: my Shake tasted like car exhaust I’m sick to my stomach and their response was “Ty for letting us know” seems like a serious health code violation of some kind. How is it that multiple shakes tastes like car exhaust and chemicals.
