This was our first visit. It was a Sunday night and pretty quiet. It was recommended by a friend recently. We enjoyed our dining experience at Swordfish. Everyone from the hostess to our server to the sushi chef were welcoming and friendly. Our server May, was great. She was very familiar with the menu and made the experience better with her sense of humor. She was very attentive. The menu is extensive and takes a while to review. The quality of the fish was excellent. The presentation of the food was fun and also came with a small cup with dry ice creating a fog / vapor from it as an added effect. There is a “robot” they use to transport water and menus and to also deliver the food to the table for the server. Not sure of its ultimate purpose - novelty or efficiency. Thinking novelty. We will definitely go back.

My absolute favorite sushi place in the tri cities. The server Mae is very nice. I love that we always get free little snacks and dessert. The salad dressing is my all time favorite. They also make the best poke bowls, chicken kaarage, and sushi!! Love love love

We made a reservation late on a Thursday night to welcome a visiting guest to town. The staff at Swordfish made the experience very fun and the food was of course, amazing. Our friend can't wait to return here on their next visit. We'll be happy to oblige!

The sushi is decent. But I was there with my three young daughters and it took us 45 minutes for our food to come. This has happened before. They're filling more carry out orders than they can handle and they give you half a maki roll as an apology like that's going to make you not late for the daddy daughter dance. Plus, I expressly told the server that my youngest daughter's order from the hot appetizer menu would be her entree. So they brought it out early anyway, and she ate and sat there for half hour while her older sisters and I waited and then finally ate. I'm only writing this review as it's the third time this has happened in about as many years, so if you're going on the weekend evening, beware.

Great menu to choose from whether you like sushi or not cuz there's other items to choose from other than sushi. Although the service was a little bit on the slow side, the food was incredibly good!

This place has gone down hill. The kitchen was very slow the night we went. It was obvious there were a lot of tables that had ordered their food and were waiting for quite some time. The service was lacking, a lot of very young waitresses that clearly had little to no experience waiting on tables. I remember the quality of the food being much better. We ordered a king crab roll, but rather than an actual piece of king crab wrapped in cucumber as described, it was freeze dried crab that tasted very fishy. It was terrible. Overall the experience was lacking. Not sure that we'll be returning anytime soon.
