Ordered online In the parking lot. Walked in to dine in. Got a cheesy fiesta potatoes and a discovery luxe box which we chose a large Baja blast, a steak poblano quesadilla, a beef crunchy taco supreme, and chips with guacamole. We walked inside right after we ordered and we were told to wait a minute. It took about five minutes. the only thing that was hot was the chips that were warm. Potatoes were Barely warm. The poblano quesadilla was barely warm. Both tacos weren’t hot. The supreme was basically cold and was skimped out on the tomatoes. The other taco was a little warmer but still not hot. Didn’t get delivery specifically to get fresh hot food and it wasn’t. Very disappointed. Won’t be coming back to this place. What were we waiting for? To get barely warm food? There’s no excuse. The place was completely empty. Employee wasn’t very friendly. Won’t be coming here ever again. Save yourself the trip and money and go to the st Charles east Taco Bell, got the same stuff in the drive thru the other night and it was on point!!! The poblano quesadilla was piping hot! You gotta do better than that guys come on. Lost two Taco Bell loving regular customers.👎👎👎👎

Ordered a box of hard shell tacos. Clearly they had been sitting around for a while- they were cold and very soggy on the bottom (all of them). Really disappointing. Clearly this location isn’t concerned with delivering a decent Taco Bell taco. All crap. Not going back again.

I went through the drive through today around 9:40pm and the service was great. There there was a minor issue with the order but it was fixed as quickly and Tyler was pleasant and prompt with fixing the issue with the order. He smiled thanked me for choosing Taco Bell and since I will be in the area for work over the next few months, I will definitely be back!

Food is fine, but it takes FOREVER to get in the drive thru. It doesn't matter if you order ahead through the app or order there, it's ALWAYS a wait for the food. I had 1 car in front of me today and it still took over 5 minutes. Used to get my food in under a minute and now I'm waiting a minimum 5-10 minutes. I sat in the drive thru once for over 10 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me. If someone has a big order why are they not parked to keep the line moving. Also, there is never an explanation or an apology for the wait from the employees. This is by far the worst drive thru location I've ever been to. Not ideal for going to on a lunch break cause they take too long.
Such rude and unhelpful staff. Left the store very irritated. Went to go pick up an order and asked about the chilli and cheese burrito sign. The worker said "yes we have them" and I asked if I could have 2 and she rudely told me to order it on the kiosk. It wasn't on the kiosk and I asked if I could order it and then another staff told me they sold out. At this point I'm already very bothered. They finally gave me my order and they just threw the bags on the counter. They didn't give me my drinks and I asked if I could get my cups and it took another couple minutes just for the cups. The manager gave me the wrong size cup and didn't even apologize for the wait. I just left with the wrong cup because I was already highly irritated at this point and didn't want have to yell at anyone. Never dealt with such a joke of a staff. So rude, mindless, and slow.
