The whiskey sampler platter was soooo overcooked and tasteless, covered in a sticky sauce. My raspberry lemonade was swimming in fruit. The dessert was stale.

Potato skins were over cooked. French fries were extremely oil soaked. Cheese burger had no flavor. Will Not be going back. And the $5.00 Margarita was watered down.

I'm not sure if it was Covid or a dying restaurant chain but it was depressing. All the fresh apps and entrees are no longer on the menu, the restaurant itself seemed aged and dark. The waitress was genuine and nice. It was clean though.
Very good food, reasonable prices. Not usually real crowded. Should be considered more often when dining out.

This Fridays used to be the best around. My last visit, we waited 15 minutes to get our drinks. We ordered soup, salad, chicken fingers, and fried fish. The soup came out 20 mins after we ordered. It came out ice cold, the cheese on top wasn't even melted. We sent it back and the manager came over and asked why. Then said the kitchen was very busy because they had a big rush...there were literally 10 other people there in the restaurant. I heard the table beside us complain as well. The remainder of the food came out 40 mins after we arrived. It was hot at least but the quality was not there. I won't be going back.The manager did take the soup off the bill and offered us free dessert, which was fine however we were so annoyed about the poor service and less than average food, it didnt helped change my mind about posting this.

My order was placed by phone. I repeated it TWICE. I was never told "at this time we don't have baked potatoes." She said; Your order will be ready in 40 MINUTES. That was 5:30. I didn't get acknowledge at the door, I walked around looking for a team member for assistance. At 6:27 my food was ready to go out the door. Minus the baked potato. Upon my questioning, she said oh I'm so sorry we are not able to do that at this time. The broccoli reeked of the lemon that was placed in the container of hot mashed potatoes and the sirloin. The cold slaw was cooked, also placed in with the hot shrimp dinner. Covid is real. But not an EXCUSE for 6 MONTHS later!
