Such an amazing little shop! The lady (owner?) was so warm and welcoming—like a ray of sunshine. She made great conversation and made the visit even better. The variety of teas you can smell before choosing is decadent, and I loved taste-testing the olive oils and sampling the essential oils. A wonderful experience all around!
The shop is more accessible than some spaces. It's helpful that they have seating throughout and a ramp. I think the tea selection itself is a little limited compared to shops I have been to, but it's not bad. The only reason I am deducting a star is because of the shelving. If anyone is wanting to remove the lids, one has to reach regardless. Sniffing the lids doesn't change that. Shifting the cannisters lower would probably help everyone and be accessible to a...
I had a fantastic experience here tonight with Laura. She was kind and patient, even after I admitted I’d been using tea bags for years (the horror!) and was ready to upgrade to loose leaf. She gave thoughtful recommendations based on the type of tea experience I’m looking for and was incredibly personable throughout. I left feeling excited and confident about exploring loose leaf tea—and I can’t wait to come back!
