I come to this Wendy's all the time cause its closest to my work and it was great, but lately I've noticed a decline in service and food, especially in the morning. I will be the only person there in the morning and order just a 6 piece french toast meal through the mobile app and I get parked by the door to wait? Multiple times this has happened and i go almost every morning. Also, the food itself has not been great either. The potatoes most of the time have been over cooked and inedible, just opened my sandwich to see zero honey butter on it and it just seems like things are getting worse each week. Don't think I'll be coming to this location any more.

Worth it- trust me. Or you'll get dried out garbage. This Wendy's was made while I waited. World of difference.
I'm a resident of Batavia and been coming to this wendys for years. Recently bought a meal through the drive thru and specially asked for fresh food and they gave me a Dave's triple. Meat patties was grey and cold . Buns was stale. I'm not having it. Will never bring this location money ever again. The management should be embarrassed. Do not eat here , the poor reviews speak for itself.
