La Familia Bakery Panadería & Taquería | Mexican is a local place with excellent food and nice people. It offers authentic Mexican food, with favorites like steak burritos, steak tortas, and quesabirria tacos. The burrito gute, filled with steak, pastor, lettuce, guacamole slices, and rice, is outstanding and quite large. A borracho, a Mexican pastry, is equally delicious. The baked goods are all good, and the fresh baked bread is a highlight. There is minimal seating inside, with only 2 tables for 4 people and 2 for 2 people, so it is mostly take out. Service is great, friendly, and always friendly. The food is affordable, delicious, and reminds some of food from California. The guy at the counter gives a nice explanation of the menu. They take cards now.
