Slowest drive thru ever. I’ve been waiting for 15 min. It took 5 min to get someone to speak to me at the speaker and I’ve been waiting behind a car at the window for another 10 min and counting. UnbeliveBle!

Have been coming here for years. Always been a huge fan of Checkers/Rally's. The food is generous, greasy, and delicious every time! I have seen so many locations around the area closing, not sure why but I really hope this one sticks around.

A good place to stop and get a quick bite to eat. Right on North Ave. so you are able to drive in and out back into traffic worth your order.

Always a friendly staff and perfect orders. I little disappointed they took off the chocolate/vanilla swirl ice cream off the menu. It has been replaced with Strawberry/vanilla. Not as good, but hopeful they bring it back soon.

Just not particularly well ran or managed. Food always comes out extra greasy and dirty tasting, like they don't change the oil in the fryer. Customer service is also very lacking

Poor guy was working there all by himself. I ordered a 5 piece boneless wing that was advertised on the wall for $3. It rang up to $3.61 and he could not provide me with a receipt nor explain why I was charged 3.61 for something that said it was $3

My Big Buford Sandwich was not what I'm used, the fries were ok, I was able to choose my own drink from the fountain so that was a plus.

I was so glad to discover out one was only 10 minutes from my home (its on 65th St in Bedford Park, IL.)!! The burger was as delicious as I remember from years ago & the fries - yum!! Jamie helped us, him & his teams customer service was awesome. He came by our table to see how we were enjoying our meal - that was a 1st for me at a fast food facility. Keep up the great work & I will visit again soon!

I am a longtime customer of Checkers and was so excited to find this one in Bedford Park, Il.While it has been a minute since I had eaten a "Checkers",I went on my pass experience and eagerly made my purchase!To my great satisfaction ,the fries were just as fantastic as I was expecting!However, my burger was very disappointing, it was covered in too much sauce that made it a soggy mess!I was only able to eat some of it(I was starving),I had to dump the rest!At least the fries saved the day! The greeter in the drive thru was very friendly, the window person was ok!I hope this was just an "off day " for this burger!
