Station Grille at Wintrust Sports Complex

I'm not sure of her name, but we had the sweetest bartender/server! I love when we have tournaments here because there are many things to do and the staff is always friendly.

Premade heated from frozen food. A little below fact food quality. Decent beer and a full bar. Service was ok. Way overpriced but they have a captive audience.

I attended the holiday extravaganza as a vendor in December . My experience was not good. The woman in charge of the event scammed a lot of vendors. Please be careful. When I expressed my frustration to her and genuinely told her about the experience being disorganized ( after waiting 1 hour for my vendor spot ) etc . she told me she’s “blocking my number. “ I guess this is how she handles business. It’s sad that someone can take $60 vendor fee from 100 vendors and not be genuine or professional . The event was not promoted anymore as well. It was just a means for her to make $ off middle class vendors who are struggling. (Myself and a handful of other vendors had the same experience). I’m extremely disappointed. I called management and waiting for a follow up.

Clean sports complex and equipments are newer.

I would recommend EVERYTHING! That Place is AMAZING!!! The Wintrust Sports Complex is the home practice facility for my Travel basketball. We've pretty much been there since the opening and have loved every minute. The facility is, clean, organized, and also available to the public. The concession stand, restaurant, and arcade are all great ways to bond with family, friends, and teammates. A couple of my teams played laser tag after a tournament there and they had a blast. Loved eating out in the middle of nowhere. Fast and friendly staff?

Very clean. Lots of fun kids enjoyed laser tag.

Awful service today. Had to ask - one by one - for spoon and plate (to place my tea bag). for my tea. Had to ask for knife and napkins for my meal. What the heck! Is this a restaurant or what. Plastic utensils.
