Drinks are almost always too sweet to even consume, but I absolutely love their Cookie Butter Cold Brew. Donuts are never fresh. They are always stale. They are also always "out" of 90% of the donuts. Staff seems bored, but honestly I don't mind that, food service sucks to work in and as long as you're not rude, I really don't think it matters. I looked behind the counter and there were sticky spills everywhere that were not cleaned. The rest of the building seems clean at least.

WORST Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to and considering dunkin isn’t great in general that’s saying something food is always burnt old or undercooked donuts taste like they were made last year and the drinks are always burnt or wrong I ordered a latte and was given a black coffee when I asked if this was the latte I ordered they said yes obviously too lazy to remake it and their food isn’t that cheap honestly better off going to McDonalds

The worst experience. Someone from corporate please call me. I would love to share my terrible experience with you directly. Special moments include "you can't buy 36 donuts at a time" and "you must be selfish for doing that" .... please contact me. This location requires serious training from HQ.

Went to the Beecher Dunkin this morning and the front counter lady was extremely rude, acted like we were bothering her when we ordered our food, and her customer service was terrible. She blamed customers for taking the wrong food and not looking at the tags when the staff was just throwing the food on the counter not saying a word.

I stopped to pick up a iced coffee that was still advertised for 2 dollars all day everyday. I ordered my coffee and proceeded to get to the pay window and the young man tells me its $3.82 , I replied no its 2 dollars plus tax according to your sign. He said no you have to have the app to get it for that price. I replied no that's not what your sign says and I said Forget it i am not paying over the 2 dollars. My husband parked the car and i went inside and there was 4 Teenagers running the place. I pointed out the signage that advertised it for 2 dollars and again was told only on a app. A girl asked me where the sign was at and I pointed to the outside right by the highway in which she went outside and removed it. They said that they thought that all the signs had been removed but that must have been left. I said thats not my problem its advertised for that and thats what should be charged. I asked to speak to the manager and a girl said to me "She's worse than me" and I replied that's the way you speak about your manager ???? She tried to call her manager with no answer so I asked who owned this Dunkin Donuts and they all said we dont know. The young man asked me if I wanted the coffee I said yes but I am only going to pay whats advertise 2 dollars. They told me no its 3.82. I said forget it. When i was walking away they all started laughing and clapping at me. I have NEVER been this disrespected from any business and these kids need supervision from an adult. I will NEVER be promoting this Business ever again

IN MY OPINIONThe customer service here sucks especially coming from the women! Just straight attitude for no reason. The food/drinks aren't to die for either. Maybe the owner needs to pay more attention to this business specifically this location.

Seems like every time I turn around they get my order wrong or leave items I asked for off. They don’t give you a receipt or tell you your total until you get to the window which I’ve never been a fan of. If the purpose of that is to be more efficient and move the line along it doesn’t matter if the customer’s order ends up being incorrect.Very depressing and discombobulated. Management needs to hire more help.

Ordered through the app and pulled to the window to pick up and the male employee tried to give me a lecture on how it's more "respectable" to stop at the speaker before the window. There was no line and I didn't know but to try and pass it off as an act of disrespect is ridiculous. Just let me know it's best to stop there before hand. Not to mention the word he meant was "respectful"
