Drive thru morning personal extremely rude with attitudes, orders wrong often. Returned to the store in order to get the correct order and was met with the same rude attitude. Will no longer be visiting this Dunkin.
Great service, staff is super friendly and always welcoming.

Dunkin' is a restaurant that serves a popular Cookie Butter Cold Brew, but its drinks can be overly sweet. The donuts are often stale and the selection is limited. The staff, although sometimes seeming bored, provides decent service. The nighttime staff, in particular, is friendly and efficient, having orders ready for pickup. However, the cleanliness of the restaurant can be an issue, with sticky spills behind the counter. Recently, the dining room was closed on Thanksgiving, and the drive-thru line was half a mile long. Customers reported that the staff at the window sometimes acted like they couldn't be bothered and did not always communicate well. While some customers enjoy the donuts and find the sandwiches tasty, the coffee and other drinks aren't always consistent, but usually good if you're not picky. Service is generally quick but not always friendly. Overall, Dunkin' has its ups and downs, but the nighttime team tries to make up for it with their awesome service.
