Best food and greatest wine on a scale of 0 to 10 I'd give them a 20
We were looking for a sit-down restaurant that wasn't junk/rewarmed food on the way home. This did not disappoint, delicious green salads, tasty catfish sandwich, beautiful outdoor seating. The kids mac and cheese was also delicious- clearly made from scratch and the kids hamburger was also a handmade patty. A quick drive off the highway and totally worth it.
Wineaux's Restaurant offers the best Mac & Cheese around, along with delicious green salads and handmade burgers. The welcoming atmosphere is kid-friendly, with beautiful outdoor seating. The Caesar salad and Ruben sandwich are unique and tasty, with the Swamp cake being a must-try dessert. With ample parking and wheelchair accessibility, this hidden gem is worth the visit after a day out.
