Ordered online, after calling to verify shake machine working, they did not get order right. EVERYTIME I want Arbys I have to be prepared for incorrect items. Ordered new Andie's Mint shake and a chocolate shake no whip cream. Received chocolate shake with whipped cream and Andie's mint shake NO ADIES pieces, is just plain mint shake! Why don't employees ensure correct order is provided? Prices go up, quality tanks. DO BETTER!!!!

I usually try to avoid fast food and fast food in Belleville area especially. But decided to swing by and make an order at this location. Well that was a big mistake. Specifically asked the girl in drive through to drop the fish, chicken and mozzarella sticks in the fryer so we could have them nice and crisp. But all the workers at that location hate their job so much that they couldn’t even execute a task so simple. And they want $15 an hour lol, a toddler could do what they do better. Burnt the living hell out of the buns and everything was soggy and cold. Mozzarella sticks felt like clay. I don’t quite understand how people still eat at places like this.
The Reuben was pretty good, and so was the Gyro. Think I'll try the Brisket sandwich on my next visit.
