Enjoy the space with a variety of seating options - bar seating, tables & chairs and comfy seating. All within the quaintness of a repurposed train depot. A favorite coffee stop when in Belleville…. “Ordered turkey white bean chili, bbq sand on brioche (both daily specials), rosemary jalapeño fries, breakfast burrito to share. I sampled all and absolutely delish! Each item tasted extraordinary. I love this place because everything I order is made with carefully crafted flavors and texture—down to the salsa served on the side of burrito. It was homemade and fresh—not jarred. Burrito stuffed with eggs, chorizo, bacon, and more—ordered mine without potato. Smoky, not too spicy—YUM! BBQ was tender and tasty but chunky and not stringy—how delightful! Fries are always great and I must order every time I go. Chili had nice chunks of succulent turkey—you could see and taste the turkey. This place never disappoints and gets better every time I go.”

I got a couple of cupcakes (lemon crunch, and German chocolate) and allowed myself a bite-sized serving of each. I don’t know the issue people have, teens work in the restaurant industry anywhere you go. He gets my order right and gives me correct change, I’m not sure what more people expect. There is a slight language barrier and when that happens people feed off energy, maybe people are upset for exposing their own energy.The crab Rangoon isn’t as sweet as most that’s true. “I've been there a few nights for the pool league on Wednesdays. It was pretty lively. It's a nice small bar with a beautiful patio out back. They have dart boards, slot machines, and an ok selection of beer and liquor. Good small bar vibe, cozy.”

The Metro area of St Louis needs to offer more of a variety as created by the franchise chain. Other than that the service of the staff is ALWAYS on point. Courtesy is always on the menu”

“Tonite I ordered 2 meals for delivery. The guy who took the order was in a hurry in taking the order & didn’t know the menu very well. I ordered a chicken in Chinese vegetables, combo platter, and a Mei Fun House Special. He questioned what the house special was. I already knew this wasn’t going to go well. He didn’t speak clear English to take orders. My order comes & as I sit down to eat my order of the Mei fun wasn’t that at all. It was in a small carton, Lo Mein noodles in a gravy for $10. I called to complain & he told me I could return it. I am a handicapped individual, that is why I called for delivery. They need to train this individual how to take orders & better handle customer service. I will be disputing the charge on my credit card, very disappointed. Some advice, they have an American guy doing deliveries,,maybe they should consider having him taking orders & the guy currently taking calls to the deliveries.”

I had 2 scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns and 1/2 order of biscuits and gravy. Everything was delicious. The cafe is old but clean, comfortable and the servers are attentive and friendly.
