I always order online. I've been getting the Pretty Pizza for the entire 5/6 years I've lived here. maybe in the past year, I've intermittently ordered a 1/2 PP and 1/2 BBQ. Somehow my order didn't come out right today. Is the app glitchy? Staff said the second half wasn't even selected, so THEY chose cheese pizza for me. not really happy. My number was available. Couldn't someone have CALLED me before making this? I'm taking a break from your establishment.
Everything I have gotten has been amazing! We always have a large group and the service is always amazing!
Great food. even better sevice

Papa Vito’s Pizza West offers a lively atmosphere with big TVs and good music, making it a great spot for a family Sunday Funday. Customers enjoy their delicious salad, stuffed breadsticks, and Rick's wings. The restaurant provides quick service, good prices, and friendly customer service. Their thin crust pizza is a must-try, especially the monster pizza with all meat toppings. Many customers appreciate the large portion sizes, often enough for a second full meal to take home. The place is popular with families and is a convenient spot for a quick and satisfying meal. Orders can be picked up easily at the drive-through service window, and the staff usually delivers good service. However, some customers have experienced issues with online ordering, such as mistakes with their orders or app glitches, and have expressed disappointment when they couldn’t be contacted before their order was prepared. Despite this, the restaurant remains a favorite for many, even if some find the prices a bit higher compared to other local options. Overall, it’s a lively and family-friendly place with tasty food and quick service.
