Friendly, Calm and Comfortable is the vibe of this restaurant, service is always great even when it gets busy it might take a little longer to receive your order but it is worth the wait, plus your food is hot n ready! Prices are decent and not overbearing. This place has become my daily/ weekly spot.”

“Lilly’s has been going strong for over a quarter century but today was my first time. A small mom & pop venue. I didn’t expect much but ordered the beef and lamb gyros. So many places just don’t make them right. But Lilly’s was spot on. I hadn’t had such a good gyro in over a decade! This first time customer hopes to be going back many times regardless it is 10 miles from home.”

“I went to Red Robin last night and I was not impressed. It's usually rather expensive but at least the food is good. I waited a while and my burger was room temperature. I got the last of the bag fries. Just little pieces of crunchy nothings. Which I would have just eaten anyway. But the big problem was everything was salty. My burger and my fries. Salty to the point that I couldn't eat it. I just bagged it up and took it home for the dog. I didn't season it at all. I'm not sure why they would be putting so much seasoning on their food. especially salt. it's rather annoying when you're paying almost $20 for a burger and you can't eat it. I didn't complain nor ask for my money back but now I wish I would have. I usually don't have a problem with them. Today was a really bad day though.”

“Interesting concept! Besides a full menu, you can assemble your own food from a food bar, which you give to the staff to put in machines that cook it. The food bar appeared fresh and the flavors (e.g., sauces) were great. You can even taste them first with small plastic spoons.”

“Had eggs, country fried steak, hash browns, toast and coffee. Gravy for the country fried steak was delicious. Other items were also tasty. Eggs perfectly cooked. Coffee was great. Service was prompt and staff friendly. Televisions on the wall so you can watch tv while eating. Couple next to me had an omelette and biscuits and gravy said they were delicious. Next time I’ll try their pancakes or French Toast.”

“We went through the drive through and I got a mocha coffee. It was sooo good. I've had a lot of coffee, a lot and this was hands down the best out of the many I've had. Their cute advertising was amazing and the other drinks looked so yummy and eye catching to say the least. I won't drive past another Scooters without stopping to try another drink. They also had some pastries and I believe breakfast type sandwiches.”

Update on 5/4/26 - I literally purchase sandwiches at least 2-3 times a week if not 4. Same thing, Number 8, Sub Club Mike's Way with pickles. This location is closer to me than others but they are not consistent. This time the cheese and meat were cut so thin, I couldn't taste the cheese and the meat was lost amongst the bread and vegetables. At $12 a sandwich, this is disappointing yet again.

3/25/26 I purchase sandwiches from this shop almost weekly. Today, I received the most disappointing service. The guy with the red beard and hair made like I annoyed him because I didn’t want my Mike’s Hot Italian to be heated. He said you don’t want that then, you want the regular. I said no because I want the meats and everything I just don’t want it heated because I drive 25 minutes there and back home. He throws my sandwich together by the grill where I couldn’t see. Something told me to check my food before leaving. He didn’t add the pickles, onions, or mayo but gave me wilted lettuce and soft tomatoes. He threw the pickles on, I received a side cup of onions and mayo packets. Didn’t bother to cut my sandwich either. I felt disappointed and dismissed while others after me were treated pleasantly. I’ll spend my hard earned dollars elsewhere!”

“First of all I love Starbucks! But for the last 2 days I've went to the Fairview Heights location to get my same drink. The caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino, and for 2 days straight I've asked for light caramel drizzle because it's too sweet and extra crunch. It even says it on the label stuck to my drink, but yet it's covered in caramel and there's no extra crunch. And I know sometimes we become complacent because we're in a hurry we're making the same drink every day multiple times, but I usually have to get a spoon and scrape it out. I will even pay more next time I go, just to get what I ask for...”
