“My daughter and I went to the Scooters location down the road from this one and had ordered 2 iced vanilla coffees, when we tried them, they must have been mixed wrong or had added something else because they tasted really funny, so bad that we couldn't even drink them. So we had pulled into this location to order new ones. We explained to the employee at the window what happened down the road and asked her if she could toss the other ones we just bought because they did not taste right. The manager and her employee were so nice they did not charge us for the new ones! Great customer service, very friendly staff!“

“First of all I love Starbucks! But for the last 2 days I've went to the Fairview Heights location to get my same drink. The caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino, and for 2 days straight I've asked for light caramel drizzle because it's too sweet and extra crunch. It even says it on the label stuck to my drink, but yet it's covered in caramel and there's no extra crunch. And I know sometimes we become complacent because we're in a hurry we're making the same drink every day multiple times, but I usually have to get a spoon and scrape it out. I will even pay more next time I go, just to get what I ask for...“
