I went on Saturday morning at 7 am to spend a gift card. Drive thru was a Great experience.
First of all I love Starbucks! But for the last 2 days I've went to the Fairview Heights location to get my same drink. The caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino, and for 2 days straight I've asked for light caramel drizzle because it's too sweet and extra crunch. It even says it on the label stuck to my drink, but yet it's covered in caramel and there's no extra crunch. And I know sometimes we become complacent because we're in a hurry we're making the same drink every day multiple...read full review
It was such a nice way to start our morning off! All the staff were friendly, professional, and on the ball!
What was so Impressive is that our Drink spilled all over the dashboard, seat, & Floor of the car. Samantha, the employee, grabbed towels and while we’re cleaning up the mess, she brought out a freshly made drink!
Samantha is definitely an asset to the Starbucks Company. I extend my “Thank You!” to all the staff and thank you for going Above & Beyond!
