I ordered the limited edition donuts the morning they released. Store opens at 6, placed my order by 7 for pickup at 9:45. I get there and he tells me they are out of the items I ordered. I asked how because I ordered it three hours ago, do they not prep the orders then? He comes back with the exact items he said they didn’t have.
