“Travelled from New Jersey for a wedding in Belleville. We knew we wanted to try a local coffee shop while we were in town so we stopped into Longstory Coffee for it's great reviews and unique location in a renovated 1800's train depot. The atmosphere was incredible and the coffee was better. I ordered a pour over that was exceptional and my husband ordered the mocha. It was one of the best he's had. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Illinois. It was very reminiscent of the coffee we get over at the farmers market in New Jersey. Also, Carla B's BBQ Breakfast Burrito is the best thing I've ever had for brunch. Thanks for having us!“

“Went to June’s for the first time this past Saturday. 9am was perfect as it got very busy shortly after. I ordered the French toast with strawberries, potatoes, and bacon. It was all *chef’s kiss* perfection. The “bee the change” iced coffee was to die for 😍 I spent around $40 between my order & the tip but it was money well spent. I will definitely be back soon. ♥️“

“Attendant at the drive-through window was super nice and patient since I was having trouble with my card due to it was locked or whatever but they were so nice and patient and I really appreciate it as a stressful mom with a newborn in the backseat yelling at me and me trying to get a strawberry smoothie so she can keep making breastmilk so he can eat too. They made my moment during that time lot easier and better after I drove off, but I really get strawberries smoothies that I really enjoyed it and I enjoyed her small kids smoothie which is really nice.“

“My daughter and I went to the Scooters location down the road from this one and had ordered 2 iced vanilla coffees, when we tried them, they must have been mixed wrong or had added something else because they tasted really funny, so bad that we couldn't even drink them. So we had pulled into this location to order new ones. We explained to the employee at the window what happened down the road and asked her if she could toss the other ones we just bought because they did not taste right. The manager and her employee were so nice they did not charge us for the new ones! Great customer service, very friendly staff!“

I don’t love the drive through coffee market typically, unless it is the only option, but experiences like today make me consider going more often. “I just started going to school and i was so excited they had a starbucks these ladies and the gentleman are very sweet and amazing. they always conversation w me while waiting for my coffee! “Update: I got in contact with the shift lead this morning. Her name is Augusta and she was extremely helpful. She felt really bad For what happened and will be telling the store manager. I wouldn’t let this one bad experience here deter me from coming back. Original Review: I placed a mobile order and got there around 6:40 pm. Posted hours on the store front say they are open till 9:30 pm. They had everything locked and a lot of pissed off people coming through the drive through. When I found the drive through window it was 7pm. They claimed they had the registers shut down and I said their hours on google maps said they were open till 7:30 and their posted hours on the store front clearly said 9:30 and she just simply said no. I will never return to this location. You close at your posted times. Period end of story. Oh and the person that opened the drive through window had a pieces of paper with Dunkin’ written on it taped over the Starbucks logo. Real classy.“

“First of all I love Starbucks! But for the last 2 days I've went to the Fairview Heights location to get my same drink. The caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino, and for 2 days straight I've asked for light caramel drizzle because it's too sweet and extra crunch. It even says it on the label stuck to my drink, but yet it's covered in caramel and there's no extra crunch. And I know sometimes we become complacent because we're in a hurry we're making the same drink every day multiple times, but I usually have to get a spoon and scrape it out. I will even pay more next time I go, just to get what I ask for...“
