“It was very clean, and open... the only "MINOR" Issue I had any Problem with, was the "MEN's" bathroom... They need another Urinal, or the Existing one to be taller... The Top/Bottom is below my knee, and it causes Urine to "SPLASH" very easily!!!“

“There is always excellent service!! It always brightens my day when they tell me to “scoot around” after placing my order!
I recently ordered a medium nitro cold brew that had only been filled about half way due to a setting on the machine. When I came back around, the owner was able to have it filled to the proper level and explained where this sized should typically be filled to. I felt obligated to leave a review since I never have a bad experience and it always brightens my day when I come by!“

“I ordered yesterday, as a pick up order, and in the comments, I asked if they could put a joke on the bag because it was to cheer someone up. When I got there, not only was there one joke, but two!!! It definitely made me and the person it was for, laugh and smile! This is definitely one of my go to places and as always, the food was great! Thank you to all of you guys, the hard work and for going out of your way to make our day better. Definitely will be back; you guys never disappoint!“

“Wish they would not turn outside sign lights on if they are not open yet. Several times I would stop in for breakfast cause the lights was on, normally indicating they was open and then pull up in the drive through and the recording saying we are closed..“

“I don't recommend just any McDonalds. But, McDonald's in New Baden, IL is absolutely the best! Food was awesome & hot, service was wonderful, & the restaurant was super clean!“

“Might be the best McDonald's I've ever visited... At least in the past 10 years or so. Service was cheerful and quick , food was hot, tasty, and not slopped together so the condiments run out all over as happens inost fast food places. Whoever was working Aug 9 at noon... Keep 'em on as long as you can!“

“This place blows Starbucks and Dunkin right out of the water. Hands down, the BEST iced coffee I’ve ever had in my LIFE. The bacon & gouda egg bites and cinnamon roll were phenomenal and this was the friendliest service I’ve had at a drive thru. I’m sad there’s no Scooters by me. We just happened to be passing through Mascoutah, but I’m so glad we stopped by!“
