“Went to June’s for the first time this past Saturday. 9am was perfect as it got very busy shortly after. I ordered the French toast with strawberries, potatoes, and bacon. It was all *chef’s kiss* perfection. The “bee the change” iced coffee was to die for 😍 I spent around $40 between my order & the tip but it was money well spent. I will definitely be back soon. ♥️“

“Travelled from New Jersey for a wedding in Belleville. We knew we wanted to try a local coffee shop while we were in town so we stopped into Longstory Coffee for it's great reviews and unique location in a renovated 1800's train depot. The atmosphere was incredible and the coffee was better. I ordered a pour over that was exceptional and my husband ordered the mocha. It was one of the best he's had. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Illinois. It was very reminiscent of the coffee we get over at the farmers market in New Jersey. “We went through the drive through and I got a mocha coffee. It was sooo good. I've had a lot of coffee, a lot and this was hands down the best out of the many I've had. Their cute advertising was amazing and the other drinks looked so yummy and eye catching to say the least. I won't drive past another Scooters without stopping to try another drink. “Update: I got in contact with the shift lead this morning. Her name is Augusta and she was extremely helpful. She felt really bad For what happened and will be telling the store manager. I wouldn’t let this one bad experience here deter me from coming back. Original Review: I placed a mobile order and got there around 6:40 pm. Posted hours on the store front say they are open till 9:30 pm. They had everything locked and a lot of pissed off people coming through the drive through. When I found the drive through window it was 7pm. They claimed they had the registers shut down and I said their hours on google maps said they were open till 7:30 and their posted hours on the store front clearly said 9:30 and she just simply said no. I will never return to this location. You close at your posted times. Period end of story. Oh and the person that opened the drive through window had a pieces of paper with Dunkin’ written on it taped over the Starbucks logo. Real classy.“

“My husband I I ate breakfast at Main Street Cafe. My husband had a cheese omelette, home fries and English muffin. I had 2 scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns and 1/2 order of biscuits and gravy. Everything was delicious. The cafe is old but clean, comfortable and the servers are attentive and friendly. “So I normally don't write reviews, but I am a regular at this Scooter's location. I was there this morning to grab an iced coffee and a burrito before I head to Missouri for work. When I first got there, the line was long and I was at the very beginning of the entrance. However, the workers did an amazing job despite how busy it was. I got my order in under 10 minutes. They were very efficient and I think they all deserve a raise! This place always had my business and they will continue to keep having my business!! (*^‿^*)

“First of all I love Starbucks! But for the last 2 days I've went to the Fairview Heights location to get my same drink. The caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino, and for 2 days straight I've asked for light caramel drizzle because it's too sweet and extra crunch. It even says it on the label stuck to my drink, but yet it's covered in caramel and there's no extra crunch. And I know sometimes we become complacent because we're in a hurry we're making the same drink every day multiple times, but I usually have to get a spoon and scrape it out. I will even pay more next time I go, just to get what I ask for...“

“I love this location everyone is so amazing and friendly they make you feel very welcoming. It’s only 1 person that I’m not a fan of and I believe on her tag it said her name is Sara. I don’t like how all of the other workers will be tied up busy doing something and she just stands there and watch. She’s not friendly. I sat and watched her while I waited in line stand over a worker while they were making a drink instead of coming over and taking my order. I don’t know if that was her way of rushing them but it just rubbed me off wrong and the way she talks to the workers in front of customers could be a little more nicer especially if they’re doing all the work as she stands there looking. Always a 5-star experience when I visit this location.

Today I tried the new Caramel Protein Matcha (hot, venti, served in my personal cup). I customized it by reducing the caramel syrup from four pumps to three and choosing sugar-free caramel — and it was made perfectly.

What stands out most to me is the consistent warmth. The staff acknowledge customers with eye contact and genuine smiles, no matter the time of day or how busy it is. That kind of attentiveness matters.

I experience it personally, and I see it extended to everyone who walks through the door.

That consistency is why I gladly return.

“Wish they would not turn outside sign lights on if they are not open yet. Several times I would stop in for breakfast cause the lights was on, normally indicating they was open and then pull up in the drive through and the recording saying we are closed..“
