Not giving full stars cause every time I come in with a schedule order, they say it’s done online when they haven’t even worked on it. I just want my drink on the schedule time, like they get the drink 20 minutes later than it should be ready making me late when I wasn’t late

Starbucks Coffee Company is a well-organized place with pleasant staff. The staff is focused and greet everyone. The place is very clean. Customers have a top notch experience. The customer service is fine, but some think the prices are high and the cup sizes are small. A small coffee is said to look like it should be for a small child. Some customers like to order White chocolate mochas with a quad shot. The line is always long, but the staff is fast, super friendly, and helpful. The coffee is super good, but expensive. The store is clean, and the service is fast and accurate. The employees are very friendly, making it a great place to visit, even if the prices are a bit high.
